Pest Control occurs monthly at the end of each month, though we did send them to your unit and they thorougly treated the exterior of the home as well as inside the home, though you were not present during the service. The Palmetto bugs you are refering to generally come in from outdoors when patio sliders or front door are open. We apologize that the gas grill was unavailable during your stay though it isn't something we manage as it's a part of the property grounds. We provide Electric Grills at each home for guests to use as Fire-Safety Code does not allow and type of flaming grill to be used directly at the home. We will certainly inspect the patio furniture you are referring to ensure no further issues are apparent though please keep in mind all units are privately owned and they are furnished by each individual owner to their preference. We would love the opportunity to host you and your group again in the future.

We do individually prepare and check every one of the snack baskets, and expired snacks are removed from our stock of items. Although there is not a restaurant onsite at Mariner's Club, visitors have dozens of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. Thank you for your feedback. We certainly apologize you encounter noise from the construction work in the owners garage space. We understand the noise was minimized as much as possible and has since ceased as work has been completed. We do hope you would considering giving us another chance to show you how wonderful the property truly is.

Unfortunately, the common areas are management by the HOA and if issues arise the pools may have to be worked on business hours to prevent further issues or damages. Thanks so much for the review. We apologize we do not offer salt/pepper but the coffee makers have a built in filter. And yes you are correct regarding signage for small-wares as the units are large and it's important that we be able to maintain these items for both our guests and our individual owners. Mostly we do not have issues but often times people remove some of the items to take to the pool or to other units and do not return them after use.
