Tracye was great at check in. The property was clean, my bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, tv worked, wifi was quick.. no complaints. Would stay again.

The room was never cleaned. The bed was messed up and chairs and garbage was everywhere. I ended up getting a refund and leaving.

All staff I encountered were so pleasant, front desk, cleaning crew, the breakfast area crew and then random employees you saw in the hall way. Clean quiet rooms. Beds were comfy, shower water hot and plenty of water pressure. It was also nice to have a desk, microwave and fridge available in room.

The room was clean and beautiful. Well stocked with convenient amenities. The beds were comfortable and sheets were soft and cozy. The staff was kind and helpful. The hot breakfast left nothing to be desired. Cappuccino machine made super yummy hot drinks.

Love the stay the room was very clean was very welcome to stay the only thing was the Parking it wasn't know where to park but all round the back and it was raining and had to come though the said door, if it had more doors to come in beside 2 it would have been okay, but the stay a wonderful stay

The staff at the desk were excellent, and very helpful with directions of surrounding area. Breakfast/food attendant should have kept the supply of bacon full! At 8:15, it was almost all gone, and she would NOT cook anymore!! Very disappointing!!

Great place, Good location, Would recommend.
Front desk was efficient; room was clean and odor free; breakfast was fresh and well maintained and tasty; the BUNN coffee,latte, cappuccino machine was a huge kit with my crew; check out was fast. My only blip was our dbl room was a handicap accessible room which we did not need. Would have rather had the jet tub/shower facilities, but it was only one night so not really an issue.

Great place to stay
Trayce at the front desk was so nice and helpful! The room was very clean, warm and comfy! We were staying the night to be close to the hospital for our son's surgery. It was very convenient to the hospital! Thank you for a great stay!

The facility only had one elevator, which was very small. Our bathroom shower was leaking and water was all over the floor. The breakfast was horrible! The only good thing I can say is that the bacon was crispy. The grits was half cooked. The eggs was hard, and the sitting area was small and not cleaned to my satisfactory.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms clean. Parking lot was well lit and plenty of spaces available. Only con: when you walk first was in the hotel, it smelled musty. Maybe it was my sniffer because the smell was no where else in the hotel...just the entrance.

The main reason I gave a good writing was because of tracye(I hope I spelled her name correctly). She was awesome from the moment we stepped our foot in the door until the time we left. We stayed for 1 night but anytime she saw us, she had a smile on her face. She complemented on my daughter and wished her luck at her meet which was why we were in town. She made us comfortable to stay there from her friendly tone and attitude.
