Great location and very pleasant stay!

The location was great, easy to find, quiet, perfect location for shopping and eating. It was pleasant from the time I checked in until the time I checked out. The staff was friendly and helpful from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast. The Continental breakfast was very nice; presentation, variety of options, cleanliness, it was all just what it needed to be! The room was very clean, smelled nice, updated, comfortable, and spacious. It was a great stay!

Nice hotel in flowood

Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Pillows were horrible flat pancakes. We had a smoking room and burn holes in the curtains I thought that was weird should of been changed

Rude assistant manager!

Walking into the lobby to check in I was the only person there. Sunny (who is the assistant manager I was told later) was standing at the desk. As I walked up in front of her she just stared at me, no greeted, no smile, nothing. I said I was there to check in ,all she said was name. Great first impression. I asked about putting our stay on our Hilton awards account ,the reply was "we can't do that because you booked through a 3rd party " Futher into the conversation she did tell me that Hotels . Com would do that for me but since I booked through Expedia that they don't do that (Seriously, I did book through Hotels.Com for 2 adults and 11 y/o child)- I asked about changing it for a room with 2 Queens,"we can't do that because you booked through a 3rd party",completed the process ,was given my room keys. I had to ask for directions to the room and was pointed to nonvisable elevators. I get to the room, the door was partially open . I was stopped by the maintenance man And was told me he was working on it and I should not have been assigned it.So I go back down to the lobby and was given a new set of keys and the the ONLY thing Sunny had to say was " they should have told me "as she handed them over. The room was clean, small,-Nothing to accommodate a child except for 1 king sized bed. The hot and cold breakfast was sparse . I would check into the Comfort Inn next door ,apparently don't like it when you book through a third party.

Nice hotel near shopping and resturaunts.

Great hotel near shops and restaurants. My son really enjoyed the indoor pool and the room was very clean and really nice
