Overall good place to stay. Nice house but one of the beds was so hard that I couldnt sleep. The house has all the basic things you need for a family to be comfortable.

Great location, near downtown and Lake Natoma. Walked to dinner without any problem. Plenty of parking. Grounds small but with nice pool and garden seating area. Road noise pretty loud with window open but easily covered by fan and AC.
