This would have been at least a 3 to 4 star stay, if it wasnt for the owner-working adding chemicals to the hot tub while we were in it, twice! He came and opened a window leading to the lobby, then went into pool control room and had bottle of chemical. Not even 5 minutes later, everyone in the pool area was coughing because it was so bad. My eyes burned, along with other guest in there. The kids had to lay down the stop coughing. Everyone got out the hot tub and turned jets off to stop it from steaming. The second time, my 6 year old daughter coughed so bad she was choking and crying from it, so we left pool area. The next day she said she could still feel it in her throat. Finally 2 days later back to normal. Others: breakfast ok grab and go, didnt expect much because of covid. No elevators, so if second floor be prepared to haul luggage up stairs. No one really had mask, but I didn't care about that-however owner should have been leading by example and wearing one on his face instead of around his neck. Rooms were ok-heat was set in 60s so came back to cold room-upped it and heated up fine. However the heater cover was falling off and clearly hasn't been dusted in forever. Saw them cleaning other rooms and not taking bedding, so likely those arent being washed at all. We will be up in Fon Du Lac next weekend again and I planned on staying same place but after this experience will not be. A little boy was also standing outside pool window licking it for a good hour

I liked the location and the room was clean. Bed was also Comfy! Bathroom is small and the Toilet sits really low

Quiet, comfortable, everything worked. Night clerk (owner?) was pleasant and very accommodating when we needed an extra room beyond what we had booked.
