My stay was comfortable. My room was clean. The service was friendly and pleasant. Location is fantastic - right across from the chateau. Overall a very good experience.

Lovely hotel
The hotel is an amazing property right opposite the chateau. It is beautiful building with an onsite restaurant. The welcome was warm and efficient, our room being ready before the usual check in time. Our room looked into an internal courtyard, was of a good size with a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom had a wonderful shower. We did not have breakfast on this stay. Would stay again with pleasure

It’s an excellent place to stay in the city, and the Mangament are amazing and welcoming. There is only one issue that we have faced that the shower has no curtains to block the water flooding the whole toilet!

Excellent stay, very friendly and accommodating team, great location. Helpful with special requests. Why condition got only a good and not excellent rating: bathrooms are nicely refurbished/upgraded but shower type/faucet is fairly old style. For people with mobility issues: be aware there is no elevator. Would I stay there again? Anytime! Highly recommend

Highly Recommend! Right near Chateau!
Fantastic. They were super nice, and the staff spoke perfect English and knew Fontainebleau very well! Their cat was super cute as well, but it didn’t go anywhere near people’s rooms. Super nice old French place. I believe the man said the building dates to about 1600, but it has all the amenities of a modern hotel with all the old charm. And it’s literally across the street from the famous Chateau de Fontainebleau.
