Dirty. The sheets were stained. The tub was filthy. The toilet had hair and dust snd a smear on it. The towels had a brown substance on them. We had rude neighbors who were loud. Didn't help the walls are thin. When i go there it was technically the next day from my reservation and they couldn't check me in without staring a new reservation.

Thank you for taking time to review and I apologize about your stay. However, some things you mentioned here were fixed during your stay. We could not check you in with your reservation because it was made to check in on 12/26 for 2 nights and you did not came until early morning of 12/27, day has changed now, and hence no form of payment was collected and the reservation was a "no show". I am sure you know the term or expedia can explain you further on this. Secondly, as soon as you notify the front desk about noises from neighbor room, we moved your room immediately. Your new room was 10 rooms away from the noisy neighbors. We appreciate review but please also mention how things were handled right way.
This place is a dump. There were bugs in the bathroom, bed smelled like BO. Half an inch of daylight under the door. Security lock on door didn’t work. Window sill rotted, curtain tattered. They won’t let you in the lobby for security reasons. When I told them I was unhappy and checking out early (the next day) they refused to refund all of the nights I didn’t stay. I found an ABB $20 a night cheaper, and they earned my 5 star review.

I apologize for the inconvenience you had, we were happy to switch your rooms again, but you declined. 1. Every hotel have their own policy on keeping front desk door open, we keep it locked from certain hours at night for my staff safety, so no more explanation needed on that. 2. We refunded you the amount which you agreed to when hotels.com called and cancelled the reservation mid-stay, we told them that we have to charge cancellation fee and you agreed, I am more than happy to send you a refund receipt again. Thank you, and we appreciate honesty but lying for your convenience is not ideal.

My friends and I reserved 3 separate rooms for ourselves due to a wedding. The people who own and run this place are great. So kind, even when we received a noise complaint! Our rooms were well take care of and were fully accommodating.

It was clean and water was hot for a shower.was not sure about the bed spread on the bed.yellow and stained.i didn't user it.no cell phone service and internet wouldn't work.convenient to eateries and stores.mostly quiet.if you are on a limited budget it gets the job done.no daily house keeping.

As for the cell phone network services, it is out of my hands if cell phone does not have any network. And as for housekeeping, according to choice, housekeeping services are provided as per hotel guidelines and we offer services every 3rd day to promote commitment to green hub. There was over an inch gap under the exterior door and the walls were insanely thin. I could hermit EVERYTHING from the other rooms and outside. The bed and pillows were rough.

Good price. Room seemed newly updated. Still looks like renovating. Road needs some potholes fixed. Lot people noise coming through-not sure inside other rooms or outside

We were set to check in on a Friday. I took my daughters to Dollywood for the day & planned to stay here because one child had a dance competition the following day & it was closer to the town we needed. While at the park the lady from the hotel called me stating she had no one to work 3rd shift & was leaving at 9pm for the night & needed us there asap. We had a 2.5hr drive to the hotel. We immediately left the theme park & drove straight to the hotel. No bathroom or food stops. After getting checked in & going in the room, no lights worked in the room except the bathroom lights. There was no remote for the tv. The towels, wash cloths & bedding were stained with what appeared to be black grease. This morning the shower wouldn't come on so my daughters couldn't take a shower before the competition. The knob just kept spinning like something was stripped inside. This is the worst experience I've ever had a hotel in my life & we travel alot.

People slammed doors every 5 minutes, room smelled like smoke, front office wasn’t open and only had a window with a security camera to obtain room key. Didn’t feel like the safest area.
Bedding was full of holes, room had several stink / pumpkin buns, door lock broken, door didn’t seal.

We can't sleep cuz outside light keeps flashing from window
Too many stinky bugs in windows and rooms I killed them.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
The front desk associate was very nice as was the housekeeper. They were the only two employees we saw. The pool was closed permanently because the owners don't want to pay for upkeep. No breakfast or anything. The room had dirty washcloths hanging on the shower rod.

Front desk staff was friendly. The property is run down, banged up doors, unrepaired holes in walls from old fixtures. On the positive side, everything worked. Decent sized mini fridge, tv, hair drier, iron and board. Liads if hot water. Fine if you are passing through and need an inexpensive place to sleep.
We didn’t stay in this hotel because the hotel hosted some very shady people and we felt very unsafe. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke and since my wife has cancer we could stay. But they charged us for not staying there.
Would of been good if i could reach you(Expedia). Mad no customer service could help. You had me down for the 8th and it was the 9th. I tried to cancel tgru you and we never stayed... I hope I don't get charged. Michele Thornsbury

The comforters on the beds were somewhat dirty along with the tub. Paint falling off the ceiling, door was dirty (could have been wiped down) and no smoke detector.
There were stains on the bed, bugs in the room, mold in the bathroom. The room smelled terrible. I actually ended up sleeping in my car because it felt more comfortable than staying in the hotel room.
This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been. The place was run down and our room had been made but NOT cleaned. There was hair on the sheets and pillowcases, fresh blood stains on the bed cover and the room had been smoked in. The door was beaten up as if someone tried breaking in. I was required to pay a $100 deposit in addition to the cost of the room. The deposit was to cover any damage we made to the room during our stay and if we smoked in the room. Obviously we canceled the room and the deposit was refunded. Also upon our arrival the computer was down and we were asked to come back later. The desk staff was nice but highly incompetent to be running a motel.
