The staff was friendly at check-in, it was a easy process. The rooms was clean and stocked with items i didn't have to reach out for anything.

Good hotel. A but louder than wanted for sleeping but probably because I was on the first floor near the lobby. Only negative was the heater was so loud I had to turn the heat off in the middle of the night to be able to sleep.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The fridge in the room didn’t work and kept making a clicking sound all night so had to unplug it.

Some prepaid sites don't operate correctly!!!
Problem with the check in because the site I booked through had one reference number for two rooms which were prepaid, but only sent it to you as one room and I had to pay for my room again at the desk. I had the receipt showing that I had prepaid for two rooms. You may get paid for two rooms from the site and if you do--please refund the amount I had to pay again on Friday night.

Typical Holiday Inn Express experience, except there were few sub par flaws. One luggage cart sites, the other was taken by a customer and the staff has no clue where it was.. Ice machine on our floor (3) broken, juice machine for breakfast broken, so theee was no juices… there was no effort to inform guests when the broken things will get fixed or suggestions for alternatives.

Overall it is a nice hotel. Nice bathrooms, its quiet and calm. My only problem i had is i found a crack pipe in my room. I told the lady know up front what i foundin my room. She came and got it. I was told sorry and she was going to report to her boss.

Clean and quiet property. Was disappointed with the breakfast service - the milk my daughter had was off, the cereal wasn’t what the label said, there were no plastic knives out to spread condiments and no one was around to ask for help. Other than that the property is good!

Hotel was located in an area that was easy to locate and close to shopping areas. Very clean lobby and good food served for breakfast. Hotel was clean and front desk personnel was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Was disappointed on housekeeping, our room was not cleaned while we were there.
