I guess we were here in the slower season because for the price of a moderate hotel we stayed in a beautiful suite with a full kitchen, separate King bedroom, and a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Awesome place to stay.

The one bedroom suite was a nice size with a kitchen and full size fridge with ice maker. It’d have been nice for their to me a coffee shop or for the restaurant to be opened daily.

The suite we stayed in was beautiful! It did need some repairs/ fixing up though (marks on walls, kitchen faucet leaked). Not a well stocked kitchen as far as utensils. Balcony was nice however it faced the building below so not a great view. The walls/ceilings are Extremely thin! We could hear the people upstairs Really Well! Unfortunately that made it hard to sleep.

Property was well kept. Staff was quick to respond to questions and or complaints. Staff was knowledgeable. I do think there should be more signs outside the buildings with the room numbers but overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The property is apartment style and set up nicely. It was quite a few kids out this weekend which caused it to not be as quiet as we would have liked.

It was a nice property. Just a few things were wrong, our tv didn’t work in the living room. There was a loud noise that kept happening throughout the night, sounded like someone’s toilet flushing and the water rushing through the walls. We could hear every little sound to the point of waking up constantly. I will probably pick somewhere else in the future.

We were very comfortable in our one bedroom apartment. Only complaint would be limited parking. When we came back in the evening after a long day, we had to park on a lower portion of the property. It was a little hike to get up to our room.

We loved our stay just due to the sheer convenience of the location. The staff were SO kind, true hospitality! My only challenge was that our room was not equipped with what we thought it would have. We had purchased the same unit as our friends and they had a tub and a glass shower as well as a washer and dryer. Ours did not have my of those things and the shower was a bit frustrating to work with due to the shower curtain not staying out. The units are a bit older, but have everything you need and are super spacious. We enjoyed our stay and loved how close it was to the city center.

The balconies were nice, bed and bathroom roomie and comfortable. Automatic gas fireplace was very nice. Kitchen was furnised, but missing some basics- no sharp knife for food prep, no dish soap for kitchen clean-up, no can opener. Odd. Ample packing, very helpful staff.

The unit was wonderful. Great size and in wonderful condition. Very well located. Only small issue was towels were not replaced frequently and trash wasn't removed. Overall a very good place. Will stay there again.

We’ve been coming to The Residences for 9 years. It’s always a convenient and comfortable stay. The staff at check in was phenomenal. Our first room wasn’t to our liking. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, he immediately found a cleaner and more suitable room, even tho they appeared to be at capacity. The accommodation was greatly appreciated.

Was great for the value. If you go in understanding it’s more of condo/apartment feel then you can deal with some of the noise and stuff. King bed was comfy, couch and tv would be the first things I would upgrade but I would come back for the same price I paid. Great value and a lot of space with the 2 bedroom. *Fireplace in room was nice touch.

The proximity of this location to so many food, beer, and activities (including being right around the corner from the biltmore entrance) is unmatchable! Property was clean and the onsite gym was fantastic. The value of this resort in the off season was phenomenal! My only complaint was the bed but very stiff, so bring a mattress pad but that is a small price to pay for the size, location, and attentive staff!

The room was nice (carpet could use some deep cleaning) but the staff must really hate their job! No smiles from any of the employees at the office. Bar & restaurant was supposed to be open on Saturday night (and that was our plan for dinner & drinks) but it was closed! Would have been good if their website mentioned that.
