“We stayed at the Vincent 3-6 July while attending a local event. The staff have showed excellent initiative realising we might prefer a twin room as we checked in and making the necessary changes to allow this. In the restaurant and at breakfast the staff showed similar mindsets pre-empting anything we might need, resolving any questions without any fuss and were friendly and approachable. The room was spacious with a fridge, iron, kettle, lovely shower (not suitable for anyone with reduced……

“The staff was very helpful but thought the price was very high as I only paid £ 57 for a night in a 4 star hotel with sea view on the Thursday week before as it was a last minute booking like this was I didn’t realise it was above a pub and with an awful view out the window and the pillow gave me neck ache but staff changed it no bother very helpful I lee”

“Immense room! Felt very luxurious as do the super wide corridors. It was spotless and comfortable. Staff amazing. Would have liked a bit of mood lighting in the bathroom so my soak in the tub could be more relaxing, but that’s a minor point :) Also there was an uncollected room service tray outside our door when we arrived at our room, which I guess could have been put there by another guest. Gutted I didn’t bring my swimmers to use the pool!”

“Fabulous property with very helpful staff. Ran the local Parkrun and missed breakfast time but was made some fantastic bacon sandwiches when we both returned to the guest house. Staff was very accommodating which made the visit very enjoyable.”
