Shades did not fully cover window, and they have huge arc lights pointing right at the window. Bed was lumpy and squeaked whenever someone moved. Generally the place was in poor condition.

Worst.motel.ever. Smelled, visibly dirty, broken furniture, large red stains in bathtub. We were there for about 20 minutes and checked out. We lost $80 due to a no refund policy, but that was more acceptable than staying there. My husband has been in third world countries during his military service and he said they had cleaner accommodations than this place.

From the time of checking in, front desk associate was subpar at providing customer satisfaction. He was so focused on how my name read, (to which i contacted Expedia to have corrected)- he provided a key, did not give the welcome what to expect, check in pr check out times, did not iterate when compliment breakfast was. The bed in the room was decent. There were no toiletries- soap shampoos) The water would not get hot. And lastly when i did attempt to enjoy the breakfast, as described ONLY on the website- all that was available was cold cereal, coffee, yogurt, and waffle options. And the next attendant was less helpful and courteous. My goal was to stay another night...but after my experience I would recommend anyone looking for room to sleep in their vehicle before booking with this hotel.

This was hands down the most awful motel I have ever had the displeasure of being in. I lasted 30 seconds and I was checking out. It was absolutely disgusting! When I walked in and first thing I seen is a literal pile of trash and there was so much hair ALL OVER the bathroom!

The rooms were dirty. Hair in the bed, dirty linens, sticky floors, and dust everywhere. There was vomit on the sidewalk. The coffee in the breakfast bar was like dirty water and tasted terrible. Not a place for any family to stay.

The property need a major upgrade. In my room ( 101 ) the wall paper was peeling off the curtain pull was broke, big air gap around the exit door, bathroom towel holder was pulling off of the wall, the shower and toilet were dirty. I will never stay here again.

Receptionist at the hotel was great! The room looked very old and furniture was so out dated. The area felt unsafe on the backside of the hotel. I’m glad it was only for a few hours.

Our room was “clean”, just felt like a motel 6. No waste basket in the room, no coffee maker, but there were coffee and cups, the water didn’t get hot, barely warm, wi-fi didn’t work well at all,

I thought by booking a 3 star hotel it would be at least descent. The parking lot had giant potholes everywhere. The beds were uncomfortable with stained linens. The furniture in the room was in various forms of disrepair. It looked like they tried to upgrade the bathroom but it was so cheaply done it looked terrible.

Well.. the staff was polite. But the room was 😬😬... Bathroom was nasty looking.. tub and commode rusted. Did NOT take a shower or bath because of all of the rust.. Did not look very sanitized.So we won't be staying here again or refer this place to anyone. Thanks

The good--Price was tolerable, shower was hot with plenty of pressure. AC performed well. The not-so-good--Seedy appearance inside and out with well-worn furnishings, wall coverings, and exterior, where door locks had been replaced but the bare vacated areas not repainted. Lawns and walkways were poorly maintained. Toilet flushed incompletely, bathroom floors left black soil stains on the bathmat. Summary--Basically a seedy motel fallen on hard times like its location, Forrest City, Arkansas.

The floors were filthy. I had a reservation for myself and my husband, they only gave us 1 towel and no wash clothes. Coffee was leftbon the room however, there was no coffee pot. Also, the entire premises were ill kept. The pool was not even usable and the grass needed mowed severely as well as needing to be weedeated.

I had a decent room and great location, but the television in my room did not work properly I was not able to see the news before I left in the mornings. Very big inconvenience to me both days I was there. When I reported it they only refunded 23.00 for both days. I will never go to that property again.

Sleep in your vehicle before you stay here!
Huge piles of trash around the property. Toilet seat in the room was broken, bathroom door would not close, lights by the beds did not work, beds practically collapsed when you sat on them. Floors were filthy and turned my bare feet black. Would not have stayed here but two other nicer properties were full and it was late. Was cheap but if I had it to do again, I would have slept in my car.

This property should be condemned!
The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We were told we were being given one of their "new rooms". Oh boy! If that was a "new" room, I'd hate to see an old one! This property as a whole should be condemned! Furniture in the room was beat up. No hangers for clothes, exposed electrical box in bathroom, dirty tub/shower, beds were rickety, and not even a garbage can/bucket anywhere in the room. Icing on the cake was NO HOT WATER!! Don't know how Day's Inn allows their name to be attached to a property such as this.

The room smelled moldy. Heat/ac unit needing cleaning on inside, dirty lint oozing from unit. Wall paper coming from corner of walls. Upholstered chair arms were filthy. Bed was super uncomfortable, felt like we were falling off on both ends. Bedding was very clean though. Advice, sleep in the middle. Desk associate was very friendly. Outside of building very clean & walkable. Felt very safe.
