the bathroom is short on space. I have nothing else to add, even though the evaluation wants more words entered.

Our bathrooms are small because we have the sink outside of the room to accommodate 2 guests. One to shower & the other to use the sink at the same time. I know the design leaves a bit to be desired, but the intention was a good one. I hope we'll be able to see you next time! Thank you for your review.

A very tired hotel (don't do it)

The room was in need of repair. The wallpaper seams were being held together with tape. The beds were lumpy and sagged. All the linens were threadbare. I would not recommend this hotel.

Thank you for letting us know about your room. We are currently working on some small repairs for our rooms; like the wallpaper. I'm sorry you had to see the tape. Low end motel

This hotel is old and dated. The price was way too high for the room. The kids enjoyed the pool was the only plus.

Junk piled up

Pros: Close to my event. Nice town I would never stay at this hotel again.
Cons: Pool and whirlpool not clean Extra room furnishings stacked under the stairway with caution tape around it. Desk staff not welcoming.
Location: Kettle Moraine state park near Walmart and restaurants in walking distance.

I am shocked that you did not receive our usual excellent front desk service. I will let them know at once & have this corrected. We have just recently replaced all our light fixtures in our rooms. Please forgive us for the old lighting fixtures under our stairways. I truly hope you will consider using us again when your travels bring you to our area.

Hotel adequate but left me wondering...

The hotel is in good shape and up to date. The only complaint I have is that a cellophane cigarette wrapper and beer bottle cap were out in the open on the floor. Seeing those made me wonder how clean the floor really was. Everything else was clean.

The heather in the room was broken and the on site staff could not change us to another room because we had booked through hotels.com. After she spoke to her "boss" she came back with a space heater. Since I was there for one night only and it was almost 11 pm, i stayed but will not sty there again. The hotel could not accommodate the request made of adjoining rooms either although they were not fully booked, the reason given again was that we had book through hotels.com.
