“Clean good breakfast”

“I first stayed here 40 years ago. Janesville has truly grown. For rest it was just fine. Probably a little dated. But all in all just fine. Staff was incredibly friendly.”

“my room was super nice, recently remodeled and it was very roomy. The hallways and other parts could used some updating as well' My biggest complaint is no elevators. The elevators were damaged from the flooding that TOOK PLACE in MARCH!!! Over 3 months ago! There is no reason this shouldn't be fixed. I was on the top floor and it was a pain in the a$$. Not too mention, this should be on the website as some ppl might not even be ablt to use stairs. GET the ELEVATOR FIXED”

“Rooms are comfortable for a short stay. Staff is helpful. My only suggestion is that the coffee machine is available all day and not just in the morning. The staff was kind enough to plug in and I was able to get coffee in the afternoon.”

“The ENTIRE staff at the Best Western Plus in Jefferson, WI were fantastic! Friendly and helpful....always a smile to make you feel welcome, too.”

“From the time we check in and wanted to check out was about an hour. The rooms were dark, dead bugs on the floor, spiders crawling on the furnisher, the pool was ice cold and cloudy and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. I was not able to get a full refund. Half was the best they could do. We stated anyway because our four year old was so excited to swim. I will never stay at this location again.”

“The check in was good. When we got to the room, it had a very musty smell to it. I talked to the front desk about it they couldn't do anything about it because all the rooms were taken. The breakfast was good. ”

“Ran out of breakfast items and utensils before end time. Hair in the shower and room.”

“Older property, not very stained, was more of a lower budget, long term resident situation.”

“Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc.”

“Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.”
