Beacj access was nice. The room itself had issues The door lock was brokenissing The toilet kept backing up. They said ot was a septic problem

First off our key didn’t work, second we opened the sliding screen door and it fell off. Spider webs in the bath tub along with the spiders. Floor molding peeling off in bathroom. Cracked paint. Just not a good experience.

Should not be listed as dog friendly. Surprise increase in price to provide dog friendly room ( not including $20 dog fee). No trash cans on property for dog waste. Bathrooms , carpets etc from 1985.obvious mgmt does not want to invest.

Positive items with the Pine Beach Inn 1. Room was clean. 2. Refrigerator actually worked, after we plugged it in. 3. It had a nice balcony, if you could open the broken screen door. 4. Staff at check-in and check-out were Fantastic, helpful and very caring. 5. Close enough to walk to the water/ocean “If” you could Walk without help. 6. Close enough to the Skunk Train depot, stores and restaurants. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* But now for Problems with our hotel room, 1. No sanitary way of scooping ice from ice machine. 2. Screen door broken & wouldn’t open without falling off rails. 3. Microwave, refrigerator and night light had to share 2 outlets, so one of them had to stay unplugged 4. Ice bucket had NO sanitary liner to keep ice un-contaminated. 5. WiFi wasn’t strong enough to stay connected. 6. Bottom bed frame larger than mattress causing a tripping hazard, (almost broke my toes just walking around bed). 7. NO elevator for the second story building for the only rooms with an ocean view. 8. Front desk/lobby not available before 10am or after 5pm. 9. 24” TV hard to watch because it was too high up located on top of a wardrobe cabinet that had a broken old 19 inch TV that had a vacuum tube type picture tube inside of it. . So the bottom line is we will not be returning because after letting them know of the problems, NOBODY offered any type of refund just maybe a free room night only.
