“Staff was great, allowed us to check in early and very helpful.”

“Room was tiniest room I've ever stayed in. Not even space to open our suitcase. There was also something weird about check-in. They reached out to us twice asking what time we would arrive. We knew our room wouldn't be ready, and that was fine! But when we went back at 5 PM our room still wasn't quite ready. Not sure what was up with that. Also, the young lady working at the front desk didn't seem to have much information to share with us about the area or the town. Should have offered……

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“Stayed in double queen bedroom, very clean, AC worked well. Had to ask staff multiple times for robes, towels, extra blankets, etc. Small fridge to store drinks but not leftovers. They took out $35/night for a "destination fee."”

“My second time staying at this comfortable, spotless hotel with a very safe parking. The location is great close to many places to visit and eat. The staff have been very helpful and friendly, will stay there again and really recommend it. Thank you very much 🙌🙏”

“Idk about parking I didn’t get a rental car. But my stay was horrible. The shower water kept completely not even coming on when you call the desk they do nothing!! And they also have bedbugs. My entire body is bit up terribly from bedbugs from staying here!! I booked my stay for my birthday trip and this has been the most painful, uncomfortable and horrible experience I have ever encountered staying at a Hotel!! I am LIVIDDD!!!”

“Beautiful suite, great location between the beach and OSJ! We used our room to sleep and that’s it. I found the chaise couch super uncomfortable to relax on and couldn’t watch tv while in bed. But otherwise, the room was nice. We didn’t really utilize the amenities like the jacuzzi, laundry or kitchen but it was nice to have close by. The noise from neighboring La Placita was a little loud but wouldn’t stop us from staying there again!”

“Good location. You will see big cuisines frm balcony. Food on 2nd floor is excellent, especially the pork ribs.”
