My kids and I stayed for 4 nights and we had zero issues. Our arrival took longer than anticipated, so I called the hotel to let them know we would have a late check in. We arrived after midnight and had no issues getting checked in. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff at as excellent. They were friendly and helpful and made check-in a breeze. The building is old and the room was on the small side. But for the price we had a good experience and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good too.

I believe that the rooms should be freshened every day of a multi day stay. Maybe not totally cleaned but freshened. In three nights our room was not touched. Convenient location and easy access for our needs. Quiet and decent privacy.

HORRIBLE! Our experience started out fine. We were in Colorado for 1 full day, 2 nights with our young children. We had already stayed 1 night. Our only request for the trip was to stay at a hotel with a pool so our kids could swim. THIS LOCATION HOSTS PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS! We felt as though we were being disruptive to the kids whose parents paid for private lessons, thus we did not use the pool how we would have had there not been lessons. We stated to the front desk that the lessons weren’t disclosed to us and asked to check out and not be charged for the 2nd night. The manager said no, would not work with us in the slightest, put words in our mouths stating we were calling the lessons a “disturbance” which was not true. All around both parties, us and the private lesson folks were inconvenienced which could have been avoided with a disclosure. We would have simply booked elsewhere. We tried working with Expedia who were so kind and tried so hard to help us, but the manager kept denying the request for the one night to be reimbursed. She was rude, made us feel unwelcome and quite frankly unsafe. She spread false information to the instructor about our question making her feel bad for simply trying to do her job. This manager was an absolute nightmare to work with. I cannot stress enough that you should NOT book at this location. We ended up checking out early (still got charged though) and went to Quality Inn and the staff and management were absolutely wonderful.

We are from Pueblo, Co and stay here when we visit my in laws. Usually we love this hotel & always book a room with the spa tub which is the main incentive for choosing here over any other place. We booked the premiere king suite only to discover after check in that there was little to no hot water. Not only could we not use the spa tub;we weren't able to use the shower either. When asked about this all we were told was "the tank ran out of hot water" & then that they were not sure the problem & they were working on it. Had we known we wouldn't have booked a room there. The room wasn't exactly cheap either for no hot water for 3 days. Sadly disappointed this time around.

Unfortunately we had several hiccups with our stay. The heating unit either blows hot or cold.The outlet next to the bathroom mirror didn't work and the phone to call the office didnt work when we went to call about not having any hot water. The hot water was the biggest issue because we rented a jaccuzi room and couldn't use the tub.

Breakfast was very poor. The pancake machine produced pancakes the size of quarters and when we asked staff they said nope that is how big they are. It took forever to get 3 kids breakfast. We have eaten at other hotels with the same machine that gives you decent big pancakes from the machine. The bedding and towels had stains on it. Sad because this used to be our go to place to stay when passing through because of the good breakfast and cleanliness.

I stayed on the evening of Christmas Day. I found this hotel to be clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The wood beams in the open areas of the hotel where something I appreciated as complimentary to the mountains, with views to match. The pool and hot tub area are great, with generous hours. I had an issue with a room key functioning, which front desk staff addressed immediately and courteously. I would happily stay again!

The check-in procedure was smooth. The room was fine. The breakfast was a little subpar, but manageable. Hot tub was out of commission on our first night when we would have liked to use it after our car trip. Our biggest complaint with the hotel was that despite asking at the front desk and leaving a tip in the room, housekeeping would not come and empty the garbage or make the beds. We were there for three nights, so trash in particular became an issue.
