Bad management

Very bad managment, doesn't give your refund that you are owed when he's the one that told you how much your refund is. Do not stay here if you don't want to get ripped off. You will not get your money back if you are owed anything.

Decent hotel for decent price

Was a little disappointed by the breakfast but for the price it wasn't bad for 1 night. No refrigerator or microwave.

Excellent value hotel

Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It looks a lot better on the inside and appreciated the lower price especially in Colorado where hotels are expensive. It's in a convenient spot and was perfect for our college visit! Wished they'd had a bigger selection for breakfast but did get fresh fruit! Would definitely recommend!

You can't put lipstick on a pig's snout

Pros: A couple of the personnel were nice.
Cons: Where do I start?
Location: It's close to I25, but that's about it.
For a Wyndam property, this isn't even a 1 on the rating scale! There was no smoke detector, no do not disturb sign, no info for the tv, the towels were sandpaper, one side of the mattress was completely broken down, a hinge on the armoire was broken, the curtain pulls were broken, there was some weird white stuff on the desk chair, and the free breakfast was worth what I paid for it. Stale croissants, gallon sizes for milk, pound containers for butter & cream cheese, no creamer. There was a woman with a backpack sitting on the floor just off the lobby with a police officer standing watch over her. I wouldn't even suggest this place to a homeless person. Oh, & they overcharged me. Hopefully, they'll get that straightened out?

FC Baymont

The hotel is right off the freeway and our room was very loud. Additionally, being right by the elevator increased the noise level even more. It was difficult to sleep through the night.

Expedia and this hotel sucks

This is the 2ND time I have reserved a hotel room, got charged for it and when check in came I wasn't on their books anywhere in the system.

Short stay.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: The tv's need to be updated. The extra security lock on the door screws wren very loose. Staff was notified.
Location: Considering the way we came into Ft Collins it was just off the highway.. Did not stay long enough to take in the sites..
My experience was pleasent. Staff was excellent. They really work with you and for you if there is a problem.

Room cleaning, competence and that's breakfast?

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything including a competent staff, daily room cleaning, an attentive manager that's actually onsite and breakfast
When I returned after a long day to find my room had not been cleaned, I asked the front desk only to be told I was the fourth person to complain that evening. She said she thought maybe they only cleaned if you were staying awhile but she wasn't sure. Really? And what is awhile? Seemed strange I dodged a cleaning cart when I left that morning. Seems like a critical thing to mention at check in. And at checkout, I was handed a bill for the room even though it was prepaid through Expedia. I said the bill should be zero and she said it was just a receipt. I said it didn't even match what I paid, she said she wasn't sure. I showed the email and my credit card statement showing the room was fully paid only to find a third pending charge on my card. I called twice to resolve, never to receive a return call from Francisco the manager so was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Pretty much complete incompetence at every level. And I wouldn't want to miss commenting on the lukewarm coffee, 3 doughnuts and 2 bagels offered for an entire hotel of guests for breakfast. This place was far better when it was a Red Lion hotel. Don't waste your money.

Owners need to repaint and repair basic things. The smoke detector was wrapped in plastic?! The tv remote was taped together. People were very nice considering their computers were down all weekend.
