Stayed 4 days

Posted Jul 17, 2017
Pros: Clean, friendly and accommodating
Location: There is a Target across the street. Groceries are about 1 mile away.
Stayed 4 days while visiting our daughter. Location was convenient and close enough to CSU, shopping and downtown restaurants. Brought our bikes and was able to connect to the Ft Collins network of bike trails by peddling just a few blocks from the hotel . hotel staff let us store our bikes in the lobby office in the evenings.

I'd grudgingly stay there again.

Pros: Cleanliness, decoration.
Cons: Hire more expensive staff.
Location: 3-4 places to eat close by. I only got carry out food from the taco restaurant and it was fine, but not "good." Family liked the pancake restaurant.
The room was nice with a desk, sofa, and comfy chair, with wood and art--and was clean (as was the whole hotel). The lobby was nice. All-you-cat eat breakfast was from 6:30 to 10:00 (I only took a normal amount of food). I ate at 9:30 and the food was not good. The pancakes had become rock hard and were inedible. The oatmeal had an off flavor. The 3 remaining pieces of bacon were submerged in fat. The eggs were very dry. Other than the pancakes, the meal was worth about 1/3 what it cost IMO. Otherwise, the annoying things were all small, but added up. 8" of space to squeeze through to get to one side of the bed. Mattress _surface_ was too squishy for me. Shower water flow too low. Bathrooms lights too dim. Microwave too small to turn a standard 3 compartment Styrofoam meal container. Over a 2 night stay, I needed to get my door entry card reprogrammed twice, possibly due to it being near a small battery in an electronics device I had (not a cell phone, which I understand would have been sure to zap it).

Clean Comfortable hotel

Posted Jul 12, 2017
Cons: Pool is very small and several machines in the fitness area are in need of repair.
Location: about 15 minutes from Colorado State University. short drive to Horsetooth reservoir for boating or fishing
Stayed for 4 nights during the summer. Staff was attentive and friendly. Nice lobby area with bar. Comfortable King Suite with mini fridge and microwave.

Nice location

Posted Jul 10, 2017
Loved the hotel room. The price was very reasonable. The only thing is that I asked for clean linens and they did come in but...they didn't change the sheets..they only made the bed. Other than that everything was fine.

Nice hotel, far from downtown

Posted Jun 4, 2017
Pros: Clean, comfortable, nice staff, pool/hot tub, access to good food & snacks, spacious rooms, quiet.
Cons: We didn't care for location. Can't improve that. It's quiet and feels safe, just a long trek to the places we wNted to see downtown.
Location: It's pretty remote but there are restaurants within walking distance.
Everything was good, except the proximity to downtown. No complaints at all other than that.

Great amenities

Posted May 27, 2017
I liked that the hotel has a small bar and decent ftness center. Just across the parking lot is a great taco/margarita place with a nice patio. The room was very nice for the price paid.

Nice option

Clean, updated with fair pricing. Hotel is not close to old town though if that is what you are looking for.

Posted May 24, 2017
They never took out the dirty glasses tell I complained. We left a dirty sheet where the could see it. They didn't take it out tell I complained. Counter by coffee pot never got wiped down. Bathroom floor never got moped. We were there for a week. They said I had to asked for this stuff to be done. .I sorry ,it should be done with out me asking.!! I will not stay there again. For the price I paid.
