Was in Fort Collins, Colorado for a funeral. Asked for a possible early check-in. Not only did I receive an early check-in, but received a 9am call from the front desk that my room was available. Upon getting to my room, there was a nice care package and a condolence card signed by the entire staff! This facility went above and beyond the level of professionalism received at most hotels. First class!
