There are two sides to my stay, I booked the room 9 months ago, called three weeks ahead to verify and then again the day of and was told everything was secured. When I got there I booked a double queen and they only had one single queen room left, this was the second year in a row at this same Hotel this happened to me. Needless to say, I was not very happy and I was not able to fix the issue at that time. I was finally able to speak with the Manager later that night and at that point it was too late to fix the issue for my second night there also. They were able to move us rooms for our last nights stay and they did end up giving me some discounts to help the issue, which is the good side of the story. The bad part is it was myself and my two sons staying in the room, one is 15 and the other is 21 so they are not small children and a room with one bed just doesn't work. They were fully booked so the Manager and the staff did what they could to accommodate us and they were nice, it just wasn't a pleasant experience for us.
