We checked in at 9:30pm on our check-in day. We did everything the person at the desk asked us to do, signed all the paperwork, presented my ID and were given a key to the room.
Fast forward to 6am when the front desk person bangs on our room door, then tries to enter. He says he has no record of us checking in and wants to confirm we're supposed to be there. After I make it clear we had reservations, we did check in properly, we were offered no apology, no reasoning, nothing.
Their processes, paperwork, follow through and internal communication are clearly lacking. The lack of customer service was after their mistake was awful.
We won't be returning.
PS - The shower curtain was covered in mold!
