Very nice hotel for the money

Pros: It was clean, affordable and the staff was friendly.
Cons: For the daily rate they charge you're not going to get much better.
Location: It's right off of a main road (Harmony Blvd.) and four miles from Old Town, which is the main downtown area, so it's a great location.
The hotel overall was clean and the staff was polite, including the cleaning staff who will sometimes just ignore guests at some hotels. My only complaint is that I was working out of this hotel for three days and Internet connectivity was critical to what I was doing, and theirs went down on the first day costing me hours in productivity. It worked fine the last two days and the speed was better than I've found at most hotels, but the owner knew I was not happy that first day, and I even told him that if he couldn't get it fixed I was going to have to change hotels, and in spite of this he never offered me anything as an offset. As competitive as the hotel space is I would have thought he would have offered me some kind of a discount for the inconvenience but that didn't happen.

Comfort suites

The tv didn't work the whole time and the staff had no solution to fix it or compensate for the broken tv.

"I'll be back"

Pros: Great location
Cons: Not a thing
Location: Great location in southern Ft Collins. Close to plenty of resturants and retail.
Great hotel, great staff, eager to make your stay enjoyable. I booked my stay with an online travel website. When I needed to shorten my stay by one day I contacted the online agent and got the run around. I contacted the front desk at the hotel and they took care of me, no hassle! These folks understand customer service. "I'll be back!"

Bad experience!

I would not stay there again.The room was dirty and bed linens dirty.We had to change rooms and there were no credits given back.Also could not use Arrp discount.

Convenient location
