Staff was nice. The building is a bit tired but clean. Breakfast was terrible with sausages and powdered egg omelets in a fridge - you are supposed to microwave them to heat them up. Bagels seemed old. Washer and dryer did not work well. Rinse cycle didn't complete and dryer left clothes very damp.

You need to watch your credit card very carefully. I had unknown charges after checking out. The famous test charge of $.01. So now we have had to cancel the card. When I called and tried to ask them how we could have the .01 charge they hung up on me. DO NOT STAY here, unless you want your CC compromised.

Thank you for your review. The .01 charge is because when we charged Expedia for your booking the total at the 1000th decimal rounded up and unfortunately our system charged your credit card when it wasn't supposed to. Your card is not compromised so no need to worry about that.

The only thing I found that I would change is maybe try adding packets of sugar and creamer for the room coffee maker. Everything else was very nice.

The staff were friendly, and there is a decent amount of parking in the back of the property. The property and rooms were clean but dated. The ac unit was needed because is was warm in the room, however it was very loud when trying to sleep. They have basic satellite cable, no movie channels. Their system does not allow you to stream/pair with the TV to allow you to use the various services like many other hotel/motels do today. My biggest grip was the pricing... $340 / night! Unfortunately I think that is the market up there. The higher end or even newer properties were considerably higher and it was parents weekend at CSU. All in all it served the purpose it needed to. I would stay there again but I will likely stay somewhere further from Ft. Collins to save money on room costs.

Great Value for the Money
This place fit the bill for a budget-friendly hotel. The rooms were spacious enough for two people. The fridge was large enough to store food and leftovers from restaurants. Large screen TV with DirecTV package allowed us to enjoy time in the room and not feel like we were missing anything going on in the sports world.

Easy entrances from the parking are. A separate sitting area with tables and chairs, great for sitting and walking the dog, away from traffic, made it relaxing. Only negative was the low rider toilet...worst ever.
