smoke smell was overwhelming. Rooms not cleanPosted Aug 31, 2015
Evening/night Hotel staff is less than friendly. Acted as if they were bothered by our requests/comments. Room smelled so bad of smoke, needed to keep windows open and fan on, plus they tried ozone machine. Second night as bad as the first. Stayed in flip flops the whole time because floor was so dirty. I'd stayed here once before and the rooms were reasonable and reasonably clean for 2 star. This stay was different and i would not stay here again.

Quiet & cleanPosted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: Everything worked and it was clean & quiet.
Cons: I travel with one very well behaved dog and I am a responsible pet owner. I would like to earn a break on the daily fee.
Location: A lot of dog events such as breed shows & performance events are held in Greeley.
There is a somewhat substantial daily fee for a pet. On top of the room rate, it adds up. Otherwise, this was the best motel I have stayed in in Greeley where I come for dog events several times a year.

Nothing nicePosted Jul 17, 2015
Pros: Not much
Cons: The staff, maintenance of the facility, room amenities
Location: Location is in the northwest corner of Greeley. At least 1/2 mile or further from restaurants, etc.
The only good thing about this hotel is that it is a pet friendly facility but that is stretching it. The night hotel staff was very rude when we arrived. They were very sharp and curt on their conversation as we checked in. With pets, the hotel guideline was to obtain "special" sheets from the staff for the room. The hotel room door handle was broken. There were only two regular towels and one hand towel in the room to use for the two occupants. Usually there is at least one extra regular towel, two hand towels and wash clothes. The microwave and refrigerator were not plugged in and operational in our room. I recommend afternoon arrival not evening (we arrived around 7:30 p.m.) or bypassing the hotel for another facility in Greeley.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The food was great. Location perfect for Twin Rivers Sports Complex. Very clean.

Did not feel too safe..Posted Jul 3, 2015 on Hotels
Our stay here was ok, we did have issues going upstairs because there was this little mexican guy in the corner by the window. We unpacked decided to go out a eat. There he was again. When we got back the rug by the door was keeping the door open. We back upstairs there he was again. Just did not feel too safe there. Breakfast was pretty good and the beds were confortable..

Small and loudPosted Jul 2, 2015 on Hotels
It was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. Lots of noise from employees right out the door of the room. Employees were nice. The TV went on by itself 2 times in the middle of the night. The remote was on a table on the other side of the room.

Great place to stay while you travel. Need more mirrors so person can use while other person takes shower.

1 night stayPosted Jul 2, 2015 on Hotels
This was a very dated hotel room that freaked of smoke even though it was a "non-smoking" room. Everything in the room , bed, chair, sheets, blanket (you get the idea) was very worn/shabby and the carpet was sticky in a few places (got to love a room that you have to keep the shoes on) . From only having 2 towels in the bathroom to the sign asking us to plug the refrigerator in if we wanted to use it this low rent hotel screaamed cheap, cheap, cheap franchisee! For over $120 a night we expect a bit more
