All guests are second class to airline employees.

Very frustrating check in. Airline personnel were favored over guests standing in line to check in. Only one person checking guests in and when a second employee arrived they just handed water out to all those in line. When I complained there was no explanation or apology.

Conference hotel

We stayed here for four nights. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. However, for the price it is not a good deal. The rooms are very small, there is no fridge in the room and the coffee/tea maker is hidden in a cupboard and not easy to access. There are no amenities, which for this price is unexpected. No bathrobes, only one suitcase stand, a tiny bathroom, no hot water in the lobby for drinks, and no breakfast! Many folks were here on business and had breakfast in reserved rooms downstairs. I had to pay at the downstairs Starbucks to get a light breakfast. Also, we were there during a heat wave and the fan in the room was extremely loud and juddering, waking us up when it came on, which was often. All in all not a good place for non-business travelers. You can definitely do better for the money.

Not all that I expected for the price

Very nice hotel. For the price I would have expected free wifi. It would have been nice to have breakfast included as well. The restaurant that in the hotel had a very limited menu. My husband missed the free coffee that other hotels offer. I can understand why this one didn't as they have a Starbucks in the lobby. We don't care for Starbucks coffee.

Small rooms - insufficient bathrooms

Pros: The mattress was good.
Cons: See the above suggestions.
Location: The hotel is located in a crowded area. Restaurants located in the restaurant inadequate.
Price was too high for the size of room and also for convience of bath room. The room needs more electrical outlets - esp. the bathroom area. We would check prices next time for quality of the room. Beds comfortable, but would not choose this high level from floor.

Bad customer service

We had a wedding in Fort Collins so we were one of three families who stayed at the Marriott. We called the hotel before we checked in to check our accommodations I explained that this was our first trip without the baby and wanted a king size bed but they said our room had two small beds. And that If we wanted a king size bed we should have booked directly through them and not Expedia. But both our sister in law and father in law had a King size bed and didn't book directly to the hotel. My father in law was a party of one and still received the king bed even though we check in first. We also requested a fridge but she explained that Expedia rooms didn't have fridges. And once we were in the there was no dresser to put our clothes in. Very disappointing with their customer service.
