I continue to return to this hotel every trip. I stay with Marriott hotels a lot and their staff in Ft. Collins is the best I've experienced. Very friendly, outgoing, helpful and accommodating. Customer service at its best.

Pros: I didn't like this hotel. I will never stay here again. I want my money back.
Cons: The walk to rooms is 2 city blocks!! Too big. Chose this place because of the indoor/outdoor pool. The outdoor pool was closed!!

Lovely place for a quiet night.

Pros: The staff was great. very friendly.
Cons: Our breakfast could have been warmer. It was only luke warm.
Location: Fort Collins is a great town. The hotel is located by a brand new shopping area with lots of restaurants nearby.
We stayed one night and had a very quiet room, comfy bed and nice room service in the morning.

Excellent Choice for Fort Collins

Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness
Cons: The room and floors feel a little cramped and outdated.
Location: It's pretty close to the mall, and CSU and Old Town are minutes away by car.
This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and while I don't think it's quite as nice as the Hilton, it's still a great place to stay. I've had no complaints. The rooms are clean, and the location is great. I haven't eaten there, but the bar looks pretty good. The staff is fantastic and have always been friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very nice. However, some information regarding hotel amenities was false and was very disappointing to us. We were under the impression this hotel had a spa tub because that is what was oublushed on the Expedia page. It did not as this hotel doesn't have them. Very disappointing!!

nice hotel, very convenient

Pros: front staff very helpful
Cons: room cleanliness, my wife stepped over a band aid in our room, pulled sheet covers, it was hair there
Location: location was good
my staying was for 3 nights only, so my experience overall was good

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The staff, very friendly and offered good service. The room had nice beds and enough room to move around. Will definitely come back when in Fort Collins.

Close to fabulous new shopping/dining

Very nice hotel, although no fridge or minibar. Restraunt was good, we ordered off the menu which was good. Nothing spectacular. Also no free wifi except in lobby.

Beautiful but disappointed

Though the common areas were beautiful, not impressed with our room. For the price, we were disappointed that there was no included breakfast nor WiFi. The double beds and pillows were uncomfortable and no mini frig either. The cleanliness was good, however staff did not restock coffee cups or condiments.
