Overpriced, cramped, loud

Pros: The pool was clean.
Cons: The strange layout of the first floor (meeting rooms intermingled with regular rooms); offer shuttles to major events.
I thought that paying $200 for a standard room that this hotel would be pleasant. The staff didn't offer a shuttle to the Colorado Marathon transportation hub, which is a major draw for Fort Collins. It would be the lease this overpriced hotel could offer. The room was cramped, had no coffee maker and at midnight, our neighbors decided to start in with loud music blaring, waking up my one year old and making me very cranky. It seems odd that we were booked on a floor with hospitality rooms and meeting rooms surrounding us when we have a family. I won't be returning to this hotel and I will tell people not to stay at the Fort Collins Marriott.

I do apologize that we were not able to provide you with a shuttle for your event. Our website does in fact say that we do not have shuttle service offered by our hotel. We do however, work with a handful of services around town and would be happy to arrange this for you in the future. Each of our rooms has a coffee maker in the armoire, just below the television. I apologize if it was a bit hard to locate. We hope that you will give us another try in the future. Safe travels.

We reserved 2 beds and upon arrival were told that they had noire rooms with 2 beds just single beds. It was 1:00 am so we had no choice. Told them we would be checking out late and they proceeded to wake us up at 6:30 am.....really Not even sorry

Great stay in Fort Collins

The stay was very nice...only thing is we would have liked to have coffee available in the morning. The staff was beyond excellent!

I've Had Better

This trip was for business, so I didn't have final say in choosing my hotel. When I arrived, I was very surprised to find out that there was no free Wifi. I'm sure it must have said this on the hotel website, but most places offer free Wifi these days so I was shocked by that. Being there for work, I needed to use my computer on a regular basis in my hotel room but I had already paid for wifi on my phone. The bathroom was quite small and there wasn't much to it. The sink area was fine, except whenever I turned the faucet on, water leaked onto the entire countertop from the faucet. This got basically everything on the countertop wet. I was also disappointed that there was not a refrigerator in the room. I only stayed two nights, so it wasn't the end of the world, but it would have been convenient to have a fridge.
