Very Nice Stay

very nice hotel but the rooms we stayed in need more dresser draws - really lacking in this department. For weeks stay living out of a suitcase. Personnel from front desk to room cleanning were very nice

I will never stay at another Marriott again

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything, most notably the cleanliness.
Location: Nothing
We payed for a king-sized bed room through expedia two weeks before we stayed there, and found out they gave our room away! There were none available, so they gave us breakfast meal vouchers (gratuity not included). No one offered to help us with our luggage. The standard room with double beds was so cramped, we had nowhere to put the "crib" aka generic pack 'n play, or our baby's things. You can sign in to your own internet TV, or watch generic channels. The bedding was STAINED and was so itchy (cat or dog hair?) We couldn't sleep. So we overpayed for a room that we maybe slept for an hour, and that was only after we slept on top of the covers. We went on expedia at midnight to see if we could get another room for the night...and expedia listed a king-sized room! We didn’t want to us the towels or the coffee pot. We didn't want to experience more poor quality for breakfast, even though we had vouchers. I am so disappointed. We were so happy we chose another place to stay for our next night.

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was comfortable and well appointed.
Cons: Space to set out suitcases felt a little limited. We don't do well with suitcases on the floor any more and a second rack would have been appreciated
Location: Just a block away were several places to eat. Also, a well known grocery store and recreation outfitters was in the same area.
This was an overnight stay before traveling on. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and we were on our way in a timely manner, well rested for the next leg of our journey.

Mariot? Hope this isn't your norm.

Room seemed dingy and dated for the price. Hallways didn't appear to be vacuumed over the weekend. I was very dissapointed.

Conference hotel

We stayed here for four nights. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. However, for the price it is not a good deal. The rooms are very small, there is no fridge in the room and the coffee/tea maker is hidden in a cupboard and not easy to access. There are no amenities, which for this price is unexpected. No bathrobes, only one suitcase stand, a tiny bathroom, no hot water in the lobby for drinks, and no breakfast! Many folks were here on business and had breakfast in reserved rooms downstairs. I had to pay at the downstairs Starbucks to get a light breakfast. Also, we were there during a heat wave and the fan in the room was extremely loud and juddering, waking us up when it came on, which was often. All in all not a good place for non-business travelers. You can definitely do better for the money.

Small rooms - insufficient bathrooms

Pros: The mattress was good.
Cons: See the above suggestions.
Location: The hotel is located in a crowded area. Restaurants located in the restaurant inadequate.
Price was too high for the size of room and also for convience of bath room. The room needs more electrical outlets - esp. the bathroom area. We would check prices next time for quality of the room. Beds comfortable, but would not choose this high level from floor.

Bad customer service

We had a wedding in Fort Collins so we were one of three families who stayed at the Marriott. We called the hotel before we checked in to check our accommodations I explained that this was our first trip without the baby and wanted a king size bed but they said our room had two small beds. And that If we wanted a king size bed we should have booked directly through them and not Expedia. But both our sister in law and father in law had a King size bed and didn't book directly to the hotel. My father in law was a party of one and still received the king bed even though we check in first. We also requested a fridge but she explained that Expedia rooms didn't have fridges. And once we were in the there was no dresser to put our clothes in. Very disappointing with their customer service.

Though older, the room & bath were immaculate. The included breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was always pleasant.
