Just fine

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Location: We were moving our niece into her dorm at CSU and this was the best hotel with rooms still available a month before orientation.
We enjoyed our stay and everything was very good. The staff was particularly helpful. The coffee in the lobby was great.

We were put in a handicap room and the shower did not work well. The room was alright but I did not think it was worth $255.00/night.

Great Place to Stay in Fort Collins, CO.

Posted Aug 24, 2015
I was very pleased with the appearance and staff at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Collins, Colorado. The facility (Rooms, Pool area, Restaurant area, etc.) were very well kept and the staff was very polite and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect location

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Cons: The coffee was not so good. It was nice to have a Keurig right in the room, but it made the water taste bad so we didn't use it.
Location: Shopping, shopping, shopping!
My daughter and I stayed there a few days prior to her moving into the dorm. It was a perfect location, right across the street from a major /shopping area and close to other malls and stores. The rooms have a lot of space so we weren't tripping all over the stuff for her room. Staff was always smiling, courteous and very helpful. Room was clean. The restaurant, Austin's, and a café, DJ's Bagels (I think), are located in the shared parking lot (about 50 feet from the hotel). Great food, and delicious bagels/coffee!!

Staff very accomodating

Posted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: Location - close to shopping and restaurants
Cons: complimentary Continental breakfast would be nice. $5 per person per buffet seemed high, even if it was unlimited refills.
Location: Newer part of Ft. Collins, close to Super Target and dining
Noticed on the first night the fridge in unit was making loud "growling" noise. Shower head had a spray shooting out instead of down. Tub drain did not drain efficiently. I noted all these things to the front desk. The next night and showers weren't an issue any longer. Staff was very prompt at addressing my concerns. Overall, nice, quiet, clean place to stay.

Staff and rooms

Posted Aug 2, 2015
The staff needs to be trained better. We were told by the front desk clerk that the pool was open until 11 pm. Then got attitude by another staff member at 10 pm when we were still in the pool because it "closed at 10" talk about breaking some kid's hearts. And the beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard.

Nice place to stay, but...

Posted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Would be nice to have a complimentary breakfast.
Location: Lots of restaurants nearby.
We only stayed for one night. Quick check in and friendly staff. The room was comfortable, and quiet. The only negative was a stain on one of the sheets - yuk!. Also, one o the washcloths in the bathroom was ripped. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to these kinds of things.

Outrageous

Posted Jul 19, 2015
Pros: Not much
Cons: Practically everything except maid service which was very good.
Hotel is ok but located in a business complex where you would expect banks and such not a hotel. Price far exceeded value, no complimentary breakfast and stay cost $186.00 a night. Would not stay there again
