We were told all the rooms were renovated, however our bathroom was very old with holes in the wall and the toilet paper not even staying in the holder.

I know they were remodeling, but they could still maintain clean floors around and looked like dog crap all over the carpets on the 3rd floor. Dirtiest holiday inn I’ve ever stayed at

This property was under major construction and did not note it anywhere on the booking website, also room key didn't work went up and down 5 times to the desk...construction noise went on until 7pm and no usb charging anywhere in the room!

Merilee, I apologize for you not knowing about the renovation. It is up on all of the sites now. Part of the renovation is having USB ports in the rooms which will be nice to have. Again, I am sorry your stay was not the best!

Construction going on on the third floor. Whole place had constructions debris, in the elevator, floors, etc. The noise was horrendous. I should have been told when booking. The pool is not heated so it was freezing. Only reason we picked this hotel was for the pool. Hard to believe I paid $130.00 for a room here.

The Room was Dirty I found papers behind the courtains they don’t vacuum right The shower has soap in the door The linen the pillow cases smells like a old man And they make a lot a noise the people they doing construction and the laundry they have talk loud and laughing so loud early in the morning

The front door area was under major construction. Caution tape all over. The automatic doors would not close because of the tape. It was a very cold and snowy day. Barely able to get to the front desk to register. Breakfast was very poor. No juice, because of the remodeling. Another machine, possibly a pancake machine was out of order as well. Both days the sausage patty's were barely warm. I did mention it to the breakfast area attendant the 1st day. It was not better the 2nd day. Parking lot was very dangerous due to very pour snow removal.and plowing.

Water dripping from bathroom ceiling
The facility was doing an update/remodel and about 4am on Sunday 10-8 water started dripping from the vent directly over the toilet in our bathroom. It dripped about 3 hours and finally quit. I notified the front desk when I checked out.

The guy checking us in needed a little more training in customer service. Then the room we were supposed to check into was under construction we discovered once we got to the room. Then they had to check us into a different room. The room we finally ended up with was at the end of a long hallway, I was using a walker, and the window was by a busy road and noisy.

everything was ok except for a weird smell that made me think the room wasn't really clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable either. For a $220 dollar room felt more like a $100 so I feel like I way overpaid. The staff was super friendly and professional so at least there was that.

I have stayed here several times. always a good experience, the pool is always really cold, however a good time. I was disappointed being put on the third floor and having several noise complaints from my excited kids to go swimming. Finally i was moved to the lower floor. That really threw me in a bad way after a LONG day and 3 kids. Over all, i would stay here again. Love the breakfast!

Nice hotel and good value for the money
We were here for 3 nights while in town for a conference. The hotel is clean and all the workers are friendly. The breakfast is typical of what you get with the normal choices and is included. Overall very satisfying. A good value for the money
