Bed bugs!!!! I was in hotel for 6 hours and next day found 23 horrible bites including zig zag patterns on my body including ear lobe and skull. 8 days later I’m still horribly itchy. Management refunded stay but said they’d call back with findings but never did. They weren’t sympathetic which is so sad. We threw out luggage and put everything in dryer. Took hours and $.

We regret if you experienced anything less than an exceptional experience. Your feedback is appreciated and we will be addressing a few of the issues mentioned immediately. We want to reassure you we do everything possible to discourage the entrance of the outside nuisance mentioned. Our pest control provider does service our hotel on a routine basis. However, we will be sure procedures are being followed to prevent any future issues. Thank you for being our guest. We promise a much-improved stay. Safe and pleasant travels.

This was a nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The only issue was there were kids running in the hall til 10 at night

The hotel is right next to the interstate so easy to access.. the room was clean and breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. Overall great stay for the cheap rate.

Easy commute into CSU and to nearby nature hiking. Decent gym facilities. Basic breakfast but was hot and replenished by attentive staff.

I liked the fact that it was clean and smelled clean. My son comment on how clean the bed sheets smelled. Upon arrival was 3rd inline to check-in and only one desk clerk was on duty, could use some extra help during busy times. Other than that I will stay again.

I can't say enough nice things about the stuff and the price is very reasonable for what you get. Leave breakfast was very good they serve stuff like eggs and biscuits and gravy and fresh fruit and yogurt they even had waffles and orange juice and coffee. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub was relaxing the beds were comfortable and the staff are very accommodating I would definitely come back here again.

This was my second time staying at the property. Overall it is a good stay. My only issues both time I have stayed at this location is, problems with the key card ( getting locked out of room or hotel) and the housekeepers are rude and obnoxious. Both times I have stayed at this location, the housekeeper will knock on your door in a rapid process and open the door an hour before your check out. This is not necessary, we are adults paying for a service not kids sleeping in late for school. Also, both times I have had random charges from La Quinta on my card with no explanation 1. For 111 and 2. For 65. I prepaid both times so no extra charges should have been billed to my card. Two times is enough for me at this location. I have not any issues at any other Laquinta I have stayed at.

Upon arrival we checked in and soon after the cable went out. So we left for a few hrs. Came back and still off. So went to the pool which is super run down and smells bad. Came back to the room and still off. Eventually just went to bed and woke up it was back on. Breakfast was horrible.
