I love their breakfast.Posted Nov 15, 2015
My family and I had a wonderful time in this hotel, and it's close to a good restaurant. Just walking distance.

hotel was lovely, staff was nutsPosted Nov 2, 2015
Pros: clean, newer
Cons: staff professionalism
Location: easy to find. we visited a sculpture garden and liked it a lot, and walked in a park.
The hotel is a very nice, clean, up-to-date newer facility, easy to find and not right in the middle of town/traffic. We did have some noise from the traffic outside and room to room. The pool was clean and a good temperature, the spa was too hot for me but others might like it that hot. I enjoyed a relaxing swim before bedtime after a bumpy flight. The breakfast had many choices; the hot food was hot and the cold was proper temperature. When checking in, the woman on the desk talked a mile a minute, and half the time I had no idea what she was talking about, it had nothing to do with our business. She told us to make sure to lock our door in case she makes a mistake and gives the same room to other people. WHAT?? At breakfast the woman working the room was making nice chit-chat with the customers, but after telling me my husband has beautiful blue eyes she actually put her hands on his head and rubbed it. WHAT? She also told me she has 3 personalities. So would I go there again, yes, probably. But I'm not sure if the staff was trying to seem friendly but it wasn't very professional and I'm pretty laid back. My husband wasn't very happy with having his head rubbed by a strange woman.

Average hotel and average experiencePosted Sep 21, 2015
Pros: Indoor pool
Cons: The beds could be much more comfortable.
I booked this hotel through expedia.com and have a confirmation stating I paid for a room with 2 queen beds. Once my family and I arrived, we were given a room with 2 doubles. Not the biggest deal, but the beds themselves were very uncomfortable. The indoor pool area was nice and the complimentary breakfast was decent.

Nice hotel with beautiful backdropPosted Sep 15, 2015
We really enjoyed our stay here. Good price and great location. And we loved that there was a restraunt close. The only thing I would point out is that this is a pet friendly hotel. I don't remember seeing anything about that when booking but I wouldn't have been looking for it. But literally almost everyone had a dog. There were a couple times we had to side stepped dog pee walking down the hall (which in my opinion should have been cleaned up by the pet owner) and there were a couple times we felt with loud barking. But all in all the experience was good :)

Great location, clean, comfortablePosted Sep 11, 2015
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Wi Fi access
Location: Rocky Mountain National Park, Benson Sculpture Garden
We chose this hotel based on the reviews of another travel review website and they were quite accurate. The front desk staff were very helpful upon check in and were able to provide a complimentary roll away bed for our young son. This was appreciated. The room was clean, with fridge, microwave and desk. The furniture and decor was surprisingly modern and in good condition. This is a change from other La Quinta's that I have stayed at. The Wi Fi was spotty and not reliable. I had to use the Internet in the bathroom as that was where the strongest connection was. Fortunately, the bathroom counter was long and there were wheels on the chair that I could roll into the bathroom. I've been in hotels where the Internet was even worse, so at least this was a workable situation. There is also a business centre with PC's and printer which were very convenient to use. Overall, no issues during our one day stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staffPosted Sep 5, 2015
The hotel was nice but we were disappointed in our room. There was a low buzzing sound going on and off that was very annoying and it made it hard to sleep. Not sure where it was coming from, may have had something to do with the ventilation system or something like that from outside. My family had two other rooms and they had no complaints.
