Pros: Breakfast and staff were wonderful!
Housekeeping services were lacking at times. Had to ask for towels, etc. Several times although they were always quick to make things right!

Hotel staff

Emmelee at the front desk was super helpful and so nice. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy during our stay! So did other staff members by helping us with an early arrival. Breakfasts were good and the eating area was clean. Very welcoming place to stay.

Nice rooms great bed that was comfortable

Really nice staff definitely stay there again quiet and easy to access nice restaurant next to them

Very nice

Felt very safe and comfortable. Staff was superb, room was lovely, location quiet but close to restaraunt. Full free breakfast was wonderful and attendant was cheerfully filling food and coffee immediately. All around it was a very nice experience and would definitely book again!

It was good they were updating and so there was some panting left to be done and also when we got there we found a carpet dryer in our room because our carpets had just been cleaned but I did not see hat as a bad thing I actually liked it knowing that they had just been cleaned

double charged us and didn't care

we've stayed at this hotel many times. They are pet friendly and clean. This time, we paid in full through Hotels.com as we typically do. When she took my credit card, she charged us for a full night stay. We discovered this the next day and we were already traveling again so we called and spoke to the director of sale who never apologized, just said it was an error and we would have to wait for the bank to return our money. Not even a token "sorry for the inconvenience "

I didn't realize it was so far off of Hwy 25. Other than that it was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating.
