You get what you pay for!

Room was ice cold, took forever to heat up, Pillows were tiny and uncomfortable, Lamps didn't work, Shower took at least 5 minutes to have hot water and then was either scalding hot or ice cold, The hotel had a very strange smell to it... Not impressed at all

Nice cheap hotel by the interstate

Nice enough Hotel and for the most part it was clean. The only problem was the confusion at the front desk.

Nice Hotel For a Night

Pros: The easy check in and the huge shower.
Location: This is in a great location right off of the interstate, easy to find, and right next to places to eat (a lot of which are open late,so that is nice).
This was a nice hotel for a night's stay. The location is good, the room was clean, and the bathroom had a really nice (and huge!) shower. It was pretty quiet, we had no complaints!

Nice hotel

Pros: Very convenient location.
Cons: Need a fridge in room.
Location: Closo to old town.
The place was very nice and clean,fairly recent remodel.only complaint ,need a fridge in rooms.

Didn't sleep at all.

Pros: The hotel is nice if you are looking for a 2 star hotel.
Cons: The bed was horribly uncomfortable. On the "quiet side" the traffic noise was still terrible, including the two police chases with sirens.
Location: We love Fort Collins and the closeness of this hotel to the CSU campus is the only reason we stay here.

Front desk needs training.

Pros: Very good rate, the room was nice, and the breakfast was good.
Cons: Pocket door to the bathroom was dirty and needed to be repainted. The guest computer in the lobby didn't work.
They didn't have our reservations from Expedia that I had made over a week before. Even though the front desk finally confirmed that we had reservations by calling Expedia, we still spent another 1/2 hour in the lobby while the front desk confirmed how we were supposed to pay. The fax sent by Expedia clearly stated that we were supposed to pay the hotel directly. We should have been given a room while the front desk figured it out. The next morning I found out that I had been charged for two separate rooms.

I am sorry to hear that the check in was less than easy and quick. I am going to make sure that I work with the front desk staff so that no other customer may have the same issue. Reasonable hotel in a great mountain town

City side hotel

Room was clean. but smelled a little. The t.v was quite out dated , maybe70.s Staff was not very knowledgeable or overly helpful
