Staff were great. Room OK but could have been cleaner. Bathroom floor and vanity weren't pristine. Beds comfy. Breakfast was good. Overall, hotel was a little dirty, e.i. floors, walls.

First trip to ColoradoPosted Sep 11, 2015
Pros: Nice price.
Cons: Breakfast menu needs some work.
Location: On Hwy 34, 58 minutes from the Denver zoo. Parks all around it. Bikers love it, lots of good hiway to be seen.
The room was average. Nothing exceptional.. Two comfortable queen beds, the window a/c unit..small closet..bathroom. Comparable to any of the numerous chain hotels throughout North America. Easy access to the major highways in the area, and lots of things to see and do very close by. Loveland is a very nice town..was able to get a same day massage! (Some of you will understand..) Price is definately right!!! Good value for your traveling dollar. Only suggestion for an easy fix for the hotel: Change the breakfast menu at least once. 4 days of the exact same thing gets...easy to fix. Please... Brad L. Alberta, Canada

Pillows suckPosted Sep 11, 2015
Pros: Everything was very clean!
Cons: Again...pillows that are REAL, not chopped up foam inserts.
Location: Parking is a premium, and the Arby's is quite bright if you're on that side.
The only strong complaint I can lodge is the pillow issue. They're tiny, little lead lined, cut up sponge filled, death squares. Bring your own, as these blow!

The staff was very rude.. The picture make it look better than it really is! There's no hot tub!

Pros: the rooms were nice and they had a nice continental breakfast in the morning. Personnel were very pleasant.
Cons: do not list jacuzzi in your add.
Location: Close to Estes Park, large outlet mall for shopping,
It was a pleasant 2 day stay. Nice breakfast, but it lists jacuzzi and it has been taken out as it did not work. Heard comments from other people that they should have lowered the price because it did not have this ammenity. We were there for a wedding and it was close to where the venue was. I would stay there again.

Wonderful StaffPosted Jul 15, 2015
This hotel was the finest of our four city vacation in Colorado. Not only was the staff courteous and helpful, they allowed us to check-in early. Although a somewhat older facility, our room was freshly painted and updated. The location was excellent as well.
