Updated and clean. It was perfect for the price. We would stay there again.

Unpleasant experience, several fights outside waking me up through the night, as well as one inside. Unsecured building, multiple foul odors, only things that actually looked clean were the top (of 4 layers) fitted sheet, and the tabletops in the room.

Room was clean, quiet, and dark at night--no street or business lights shining through windows. The bed was very comfortable. Easy access from the parking lot to our room.

I had a good overall experience here. One of our non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke. Luckily they had an extra room to move to. Thank you for the ease of changing rooms.

Pros: Breakfast, easy access to everything.
Cons: Traffic noise
Impressed by the amount of channels available on the TV. Everything in Loveland is easy to get to from the hotel and that's good because there isn't much to do at the hotel.

Cons: How to locate it since the address is misleading
Difficult to control the heat unit, but it was updated, clean and reasonable.

Pros: Clean, quiet, comfortable. Close to fast food if needed.
Cons: Better explanation of location
All was well and clean and comfortable. The address is a bit difficult to find since the motel of on a street behind "Main Street" it is hard to find in the dark and if you didn't have GPS help.

One night during a storm

Stayed one night during an ice/snow storm and the staff was very nice and gracious. One particular staff member (Jessica) went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and makes sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, as were all of the facilities. I'm sure that we will be back.
