MANAGMENT WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE THREATENED TO FIGHT ME , KICKED ME OUT A DAY EARLY AND THE MANAGER HERSELF STILL (1 WEEK LATER) STILL REFUSES TO LET ME HAVE ANY OF MY BELONGINGS THAT WERE IN M Y ROOM AND THE OWNER MIKE RAJA IS NO BETTER BECAUSE H E S DONE NOTHING TO FIX THE ISSUE!

The property was outdated and smelled. My shower didn’t work, so if you like sink bathing this is the location for you.

During snow storm they did not keep the front entry shoveled. The hallway smelled like urine. Neither of the locks on my door worked. The tub was dirty. Duvet cover was dirty and stained. Breakfast was not warm. Went to get juice instead and only had water in the machine.

Night from hell
Very, scary place. Noise very loude most of the night. They were doing construction on some of the rooms above our room. Strange people in and out of motel all night. We lift as early as possible, never again will we stay in that town.

The staff is amazing and hospitable, but it’s your average run of the mill hotel. No special bells and whistles, and not always as clean as a Hilton.

Lovely comfortable bed… nice breakfast, we weren’t in the early bird category but staff were replacing items later on too which doesn’t always happen. The motel is in the middle of refurbishment so a couple of things were in need of refurbishment in our room, but the bed and breakfast were good and the shower worked well.

TV not functional. Ashtray in a ‘nonsmoking’ room, door looks like it had had previously been ‘jimmied’ and not properly repaired, curtain hanging off rod so wouldn’t properly close letting bright lights in parking lot flood the room. Also, perhaps not hotels, fault, but guests returning and talking in hall at 2:30 am, and vagrant sleeping in stairwell when I left at 7am.

When I stay in Fort Dodge which is quite abit, I usually stay at Days Inn. I had a very bad experience with another hotel and Aimee was very helpful and was able to get me a room even though housekeeping was not in yet and I had to take my daughter and granddaughters to appts. Even after having to clean rooms at the time. I always like to see Aimee when I check inn she us one of the best workers

Stay at Days Inn Fort Dodge August 21st-26th Arrived at the hotel in the early hours of Tuesday August 22nd to a musty room with dirty carpets. Issues with key card each time you tried to enter the room. Card was replaced multiple times Package delivered on Tuesday August 22nd. Received at the front desk and was somehow stolen before I returned to the hotel on Tuesday night Multiple conversations with persons at the front desk and to date no resolution to the matter. Involved the police as well and still no resolution to the matter Checked out on the 26th matter remains unresolved Clients are requesting a full refund.

The room was not cleaned, when i arrived. After i was able to check in, the bed had been changed and made, but there was trash on the floor, ( kleenexs and q-tips), along with food. I had to wear my socks. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Toothpaste spattered on the mirror and long, black hair on the tub and in the shower. I WILL NOT stay there again!!

Not very clean. The property started to do construction on the room next to us at 10 p.m. at night. I had to ask the front desk to have them stop. And then other guests were screaming and yelling in the hallways from 2:30 a.m. to 4 a.m. Would not stay here again.

Over all main lobby and halls need up dated. Rooms were clean and didn't smell byt the Wi-Fi was very weak. Outside needed a face lift as well. Price was very low but you get what you pay for.

Property smells like smoke. There were *several* hairs on the shower wall. 2 of the pillow cases were dirty/stained. When I checked out they didn’t ask how my stay was, just asked that I submit a 5 star review. Wouldn’t stay again.

We booked the queen suite that had 3 queen beds. When we got there we were told that they had system issues and that our room was already occupied. They did give us adjoining rooms however the beds were full size not queen and for a couple that is not good.

There was stale cigarette smell in room, on sheets, just penetrated. It got on my clothes and just surrounded the halls and every nook and cranny. It made it hard to breathe
