Nice hotel in quiet area.

Pros: Rooms have plenty of space. Always found the rooms are well looked after Staff v friendly.
Cons: Tv reception was not that great For $12, the breakfast was a bit disappointing...food over cooked. Didn't see OJ or b/fast drinks.

Have stayed before. good location for being in a quieter area but v close to the main shopping area and short drive to Crystal Beach/USA peace bridge. Enjoy the hotel as it has plenty parking.

Stayed overnight. Enjoyed the pool with grandson. Had dinner at the restaurant it was reasonable. Chose cheesecake for dessert it arrived with a couple of design on each side but no blueberries and strawberries that were in the description. When questioned the waitress said oh that's how the chef decided to serve it. I requested the berries and received them. My ceasar salad arrived without dressing has to request it as well.

Cons: Your wifi was poor
The Hotel stay was a nice experience, my only complaint was the Wi Fi was poor .

Great choice near Crystal Beach

Pros: Staff was friendly and room was modern and clean.
Cons: They were doing some type of construction in the entry way that was taped off and it didn't look very professional the way it looked.
Location: Crystal Beach, Niagara Falls, Buffalo shopping

Convenient for the Peace Bridge

Noisy

Location: Easy location to get to.
The family next door was very noisy from 11 pm to 1 am. The staff finally went up to ask them to be quiet.

The entire staff all work very hard to control hockey groups when they are guest at the hotel. There is a staff member monitoring the halls and the noise and again they do their best but with a sold out hotel. I do apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see you again real soon. Good hotel with bad housekeeping issues

Excellent room for mobility impaired except no walkin shower. Excellent look and hotel features. Great sleep. However, low ratings due to staffing issues. For a five night stay, only got housekeeping services once(fresh towels twice). We had to make up our own beds, put up with food waste in our garbage and a lack of towels. Told by night staff that there were two managers that quit suddenly. Whether managers quit or not, why did it affect our room being cleaned? We weren't the only ones, as asked other guests. On checkout though appreciated that we got one night of our five night stay free for this inconvenience. Would we go back? Probably not!
