"We had a lovely time at the Birds and Bees Cottage. The property is such a gem, located in one of the most beautiful spots on the island, and Janie is such a gracious host The view was amazing from the gazebo and there was so much to explore on the property, including a fish pond, various kinds of trees and plants and lots of interesting birds. The cottage is beautifully designed with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the two black lab pups that came to see us periodically. The light breeze from the ocean was so refreshing as well. The hiking in the area was fantastic and I felt completely safe venturing out on my own. My favourite was a hike along cliffs between Shirley's Heights and Galleon Beach. The hiking trail starts at the far end of Galleon Beach. Middle Ground hiking trail between Pigeon Beach and Berkeley Fort was beautiful as well, with striking views of the ocean below. Such a beautiful island. There is a small beach at the end of Galleon Beach where you can see sea turtles and was a lovely spot to swim as well."

"I loved this place! Location was fantastic. Short walk to a pretty beach and loads of great restaurants. Check out Indian summer - on the water, great Indian food and cocktails, that’s life - on the water amazing crispy duck and cocktails, and Me and You- adorable place on the water for coffee. Seabreeze is wonderful for coffee and breakfast wraps. My large balcony had a beautiful view of the harbor. The room was large and clean with a great little kitchen. Music from bars was loud but just one night and not for too long. Staff were lovely. Taxi and car rental nearby."

"The apartment exceeded my expectations! It was quiet and clean and close to the English harbor. The live hibiscus pedals on the bed as a nice touch. The communication is as also excellent. Very clear with directions. "

"We had a wonderful time visiting as a family of four. The property was well maintained, very clean, and had everything we needed. It has a very nice view of the water, is in good proximity to Nelson's dockyard, etc... It was nice spending each morning/evening out on the deck appreciating the beauty before we would head out for daily activities. We did use the pool a couple of times (it was nice) but admittedly most of the time in the water was at the beautiful beach on Antigua. Host communicated very well with all aspects."
