Pros: Reasonably priced At the beach Two pools Includes breakfast Picnic area with gas grill Cons: Breakfast bacon and sausage often ran-out Walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors talking and moving chairs.

Property provided beach chairs which was nice of them but both myself and my wife can not get down or out of them. It would have been nice if some full size chairs were available.

I had a great stay! The property was pretty nice, very easy to park and getting to my room was a breeze. The beach was a 2 minute walk away, beautiful mornings on the beach. Nice people, very nice staff.

An amazing stay for us. Hotel was clean, close to everything, and the staff was amazing. They offer breakfast each morning, a bar/restaurant, 2 pools, beach chairs and more. Within walking distance to Birch State Park, Beachplace and more. The rooms were modern and very clean. The grounds are clean and tropical. Look forward to staying here again.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay here, in fact I was excited due to all of the "perfect" reviews I had read about online however I was extremely disappointed by the service I received and the way my birthday was treated. First prior to me arriving I called 4 times to make sure I had my Oceanview room booked, when I arrived, I was put on the first floor, facing a parking lot... although the room was spotless, it was far from what I paid for. Second when I arrived, I had trouble with the front desk due to him simply not taking me seriously and taking others before me even though I had arrived prior. I am not sure if this is agism, racism or sexism since I was one of the youngest guests there and they had an age requirement (that I met) but I found the front desk to be very discouraging and frustrating. Lastly the food place by the pool (which was green at the bottom my entire stay) was by far the most disappointing part about this trip. I ordered Ribeye steak that tasted like breakfast sausage and then proceeded to order pizza as a safer choice, and it tasted as if it had come straight from the refrigerator. When I tried to send it back after only eating a slice because my stomach began to hurt, I was denied. Ultimately although A bottle of champagne was put in my room to rectify the problem, I would not recommend this place and honestly, I wish I could get my money back.

This was our 3rd stay at Premier Hotel & we will return. We travel on a budget & Premier gives us a lot for our $$. Rooms are clean - AC works great. The property is vey nice a pool & tropical plants & orchids in the trees. Housekeeping is not an issue - they are on it! Breakfast is included & we ate there each morning. But the best feature is the proximity to the beach. If we were any closer, we'd be on the sand. We also enjoy the upstairs deck & sit there to watch the ocean at night. Oh & they provide chairs & umbrellas, a great perk for tourists who flew into town. The staff is friendly & helpful - can't say enough good things about The Premier Hotel.

Me and my son loved staying at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating. They brought me food from the on-site restaurant multiple times during my stay as well as had many other Options for delivery. The door keeper was nice, personable and bilingual. I can't say enough good things about our stay. The location was fantastic and we absolutely had the best possible service. We brought in sand every day and every day housekeeping got it out. Being on the beach with a little one that's a big win.

Came here with my daughter for a three day getaway into the nice warm weather in March and loved this hotel! Perfect Florida vibes, everything was clean, staff was extremely helpful and kind, loved the complementary breakfast, beach towels chairs and umbrellas and the heated pool was heaven! Awesome smaller resort. Place is older but updated real nice and it’s a walk to most places and literally steps to the beach. The staff is very attentive and friendly. No doubt we will return.

The location to the beach was great. Dining options were close, if not a short 15 minute drive. The maids were helpful and personable. At times warm water for showers was not available.

Staff is excellent! Our room was super clean! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for use! Clean beach towels everyday. Both pools clean and warm surrounded by trees and Florida wildlife it felt serene. Pool noodles for use and even toys for kids. Weekends full breakfast otherwise toast/bagels cereal etc. perfect location. Far enough away from the loud restaurants walking distance to everything my 2nd time at this hotel and I’ll be back.

The Premier hotel was a great place to stay at. I stayed with my husband and 2 kids. The beach is across the street and easily accessible. The hotel gave us chairs and an um breaks to use. They also give you beach towels. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. The bathroom was small but it was manageable.

Amazing hosts - We had a feeling that we’re at home. Room was specious and included daily cleaning service. They provided us with beach towels and water bottles which we found very convenient. You can use both pools and barbecue all day. Breakfast was great with lots of different options. Hotel is family owned, and you can really feel that. It’s a gem around all those chain hotel names around it. Highly recommend!
