The ac broke on the second day of our stay, very inconvenient. And hot. Also, when checking in you should tell every customer that the vallet parking is 47 per day additional

Lost two nights of sleep due to noise pollution and AC issues in our building. Talked to manager for some sort of compensation. What I had hoped would be a night’s compensation turned out to be nothing more than a removal of a $39 resort fee, conveniently on the cheapest night said fees were levied. Then to be stonewalled about not giving any additional compensations on a $1600 hotel bill for a considerably less than stellar stay. B Ocean Resort did not care. My only recourse is to share my terrible experience and hope no one else is taken the way my family and I were. An anniversary trip ruined by an extremely terrible stay at a dressed up place operating like a cheap sleazy motel
