Just what we had hoped for

Pros: The property is very attractive, there's plenty of parking, the complimentary breakfast was nice, and the location is easily accessible.
Location: For anyone attending the annual Florida Renaissance Festival, this is a perfect go-to place to stay.
We stayed at the hotel while attending the Florida Renaissance Festival. The location was incredibly convenient in relation to the event, the hotel was very nice, and the staff was quite helpful There was a problem with the lock on our door, but it was addressed immediately with no inconvenience to us. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel good location to get to different place

Pros: Every one was very helpful at all times
Cons: More chairs around the pool for people to sit on
We had a very good stay, room was nice, staff very help full, breakfast very good with plenty to at each morning.

Nice, big, clean, comfortable, affordable

We came very late at nice (after midnight) and felt very sad. We should had more time to spend in this excellent hotel. The room just like the picture on website. Nice, clean, big room with so relax view of pool and lake outside. Bed and blanket were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, big, and have everything i need. Easy to come in and park. Staff was available the whole time. Buffet breakfast line was nice and clean. I got the good deal price from expedia, so this was more than i expect. Awesome.

Nice hotel but not enough chairs at pool

Cons: More chairs at pool
Location: Right off of I-95
Hotel is clean, but there is only 6 lounge chairs for the pool. From the picture on website and expedia they show a nice pool and the pool is nice but only 6 chairs? Asked the front desk about additional chairs but that was all they have. So we went to the beach for thee day. Not all rooms have balconies. When i booked thru expedia i thought i booked a balcony. But the hotel told me not all rooms have balconies and i did not get one. They could not move me because i booked thru expedia (third party) but they did offer to give me another room when someone else checked out. Was not worth changing rooms for one additional night. Most of the furniture on the balconies is broken according to front desk. Breakfast was free so cant complain, but i would not pay for breakfast. Overall if you are looking for a clean hotel with suite rooms this is good. Just dont expect alot more than that.

Love this hotel!

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Only downside is highway noise due to proximity to I95.
Location: Very convenient location. Close to shopping and beach.
Clean, comfortable room with separate living room and balcony. Friendly staff, conveniently located and free breakfast!

Place to stopover

The toilet in our room ran all the time. The air conditioner would not change temps to over 66. Had to turn it off.

not enough parking, uncomfortable beds, thin linens, extremely small pillows, bathroom door would not close, highway noise so terrible they leave ear plugs for guests. It is also in a business district.
