The property was a nice stay for one night only while we waited for our cruise. We waited over a hour for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel once I called and complained. Other than that it was a good stay one night. The facility was clean.

Was a bit hesitant about this property since it seemed so much lower in price than the other options, but we really enjoyed our stay! The biggest downfall was that it is located right next to the highway but the traffic noise didn't affect us at all. Property was very clean, great staff and the bed was so comfortable. You could walk to shopping but wasn't "close" and there were a few eating places within walking distance. We had a car and it was very easy to get around.

The check in was very fast. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Top notch! When I made the reservation I paid for 2 breakfasts. Told the staff in Bistro we had paid. After we checked out and left the property for a cruise I received another copy of the bill with charges for breakfast. Now having to try to get it straightened out.

It’s a very nice hotel. My issue is that I’m paying for parking but still no security to protect the vehicles .

Dear Ronnie, We take any pest issues extremely seriously and go to great lengths to ensure our rooms do not contain pests of any kind. Not only do staff members perform thorough inspections when cleaning the rooms and anytime a guest reports a potential issue, but the hotel also contracts a third-party vendor for preventative pest control monthly. Additionally, random inspections are provided by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis to ensure pest control and overall cleanliness standards are maintained. Terrible service. Overcharged our stay by $16.05 Canadian As per Expedia Contract our cost for one night stay included taxes should have been: $436.91 Canadian but actually charged $452.96 Free Shuttle was not provided from the airport to the hotel despite making phone calls . We paid $30.00 cab fare for the ride

Our room was clean and comfortable. Had a delicious breakfast with great service. Only drawback, one of two elevators out of service made it tough to ascend/descend especially when carrying luggage for a 2-week cruise.

The hotel said breakfast was included but the staff kept on insisting that i had to pay. The cost of parking was free on the site but when you arrive the cost is $7.00 per day. Otherwise than thatvthe service and hotel was great. Would recommend to others.

This hotel is located closed to airport and nice dining areas. Also very close to I-95 which facilitated our driving to all the places we explored. The bedroom is above my expectations. The bedroom is big. There is a mini kitchen and a sofa. My husband and I spent 5 nights and we really enjoyed.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, a room was available two hours early which was great. Maintenance had to come by twice, but were quick to respond and correct a few minor issues.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel has potential. The hotel lobby is decent. It has some outdated overly worn furniture pieces such as the fridge panel. Two of the beds were broken/sunken in. Though the shower was mostly clean, there was a strand of hair found in the shower. So, it has potential, but there are a couple of things needed to fix it.

The area around the hotel was not nice, it didn't have restaurants or shops around. The neighborhood didn't feel that safe.
