Possibly one of the worst stays of my life

Cons: The door hinges should be checked to make sure all doors properly close.
We should have shelled out the cash for the hard rock. We get to the hotel & are told by the (very friendly & not their fault whatsoever) staff that the main city gas line broke & there's no hot water & that they are cleaning the rooms but ours will be ready soon. We get into the room & don't have hot water (as we were told) but then notice the floor is wet. Strange. Not only that but our door didn't close? We had to lift on the handle and shove it closed with our shoulder. Then the key card was of absolutely no use because you could just shove on the door and it would open. Our friends were at the hard rock & invited us over, much to our surprise they had hot water? (thought it was a "city wide" outage?). By the next morning we were fully prepared to dispute our bill because we still didn't have hot water & then were given a flyer explaining the "city wide outage". I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Staff was lovely but accommodations were dismal.

No Hot Water

No hot water and no clean towels. For two day, I had to take cold showers because the hot water did not work. Additionally, they were unable to clean towels, so I had to dry off using washcloths.

Great location-next to I-95.

The hotel is not in the best condition. It is very accessible to many things, and very affordable though. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is always crowded and I usually have to take my food back to the room. It's decent food, though.

Conveniently located and clean

Pros: Good location and the price was okay
Cons: We need a bigger breakfast room
The only criticism I have is that we cannot take advantage of the breakfast because the room was so jampacked with people

Nice hotel close to everything

The staff are nice and helpful, room were we kept and housekeeping clean everyday. Breakfast was good The pool is a little bit too small but ok for a small hotel

Don't Believe The Photographs Posted By Management

Pros: Proximity to Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) was a plus. There is a good selection of dining choices within 2 miles of this location.
Cons: Cleaning of guest rooms was grossly deficient. Front desk management does not follow through with remedies that hotel guests bring to their attention
Location: Near the airport! A large mall/strip shopping center within a mile of this hotel. Right off I-95.
I booked an eleven day stay at this hotel. Rates were below average, so it was economical for a stay of this length. However, once I checked-in I saw why the rate incentives were quoted to prospective travelers. Carpets in my room (a suite) were stained, spotted and soiled. Mold was on the grout and caulking surrounding the bathtub/shower unit. The bathtub drain was clogged to the extent that the tub filled 3/4 full when showering. I reported this to the morning Front Desk Manager on the second day of my 11 day stay and it was never corrected and fixed and I was not allowed to change rooms where this would not be a problem. The printers in the business office area were out of commission for 2 consecutive days. Guest rooms were not vacuumed daily. Ice machines were not available on each floor. Although this hotel is convenient to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport there are at least 8 other hotels available within 4 blocks of this particular hotel that would have been better (as I have stayed in several of them previously before). I would NEVER stay at this hotel again and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to airport. But that's about it.

The first room that we were given smelt old and musty. Mold was all over the walls. Went and complained. Given the room next door. It was slightly better and decided if this was all they had to offer wasn't going to bother complaining. Of note the second room's bathroom was filled of mold in the shower. The staff was helpful. Location close to airport. And room spacious. But given my experience wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Poor service, good breakfast foods.

After waiting for half an hour for hotel shuttle I called to confirm service. After another hal hour I took a cab to the hotel which was prepaid for 8 days. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that I would receive a call that never happened. Posted revire on many social media sites. someone responded but never offered to help me wirh my situation, never left a name only concern was if I would come back next year. No, two years in a row one good one terrible. Mold and mildew on shower walls, bathroom mirror light burned out and never replaced other issues addressed except the shower cindituon. Tub faucet had been removed showet head unadustable. Washer and drter ate quarters beyond the one dollar requirement. positive interactions with one housekeeper who did a mosy excellent job of cleaning my room and providing wash cloths that weren't present when I chevked in. Breakfasts were good each day.
