Lacks good hospitality

Although hotel looked nice and had overall good reviews, I was not impressed. Afternoon staff was not very welcoming. Room had a strong urine smell. Shower had dark thick soap scum and black mold around the edges. Room 502 I notified desk and they moved me to another room the next day since they were booked the night before. Room was better but shower still had soap scum on the floor. Housekeeping needs to be improved as I saw some of the staff video chatting with friends in hallway instead of cleaning rooms. I did report this to the front desk, as this explains why the rooms were dirty. Hallways were also very dirty, had not been vacuumed and no a/c in elevator or hallways...very hot. Barista was not open 24 hrs as stated, The only positive and friendly person was the evening shift restaurant employee. I think his name was Simon? He had an accent. He provided excellent service. I will not return to this hotel and will not recommend to others.

I am glad to hear you received excellent service from Alex in the restaurant but disappointed to hear that you had a poor service and housekeeping experience. We appreciate your feedback and will use this to make improvements.
We do offer a 24 hour barista bar which is available and is serviced through the front desk when the restaurant is closed. It is our goal to offer an excellent service experience Please accept my apology for not meeting this expectation.
