Close to airport -- staff needs to get it together

Room was comfortable but the staff doesn't communicate well. When I checked in at 9 pm at night and asked about the shuttle to the airport, I was told the shuttle left promptly at 6 am. Since I had a 7:15 flight, I knew that would be enough time if indeed it left on time since I wasn't checking luggage and am TSA Preferred for quicker security check. I showed up in the lobby at 5:50 am and asked if there was complimentary coffee and was told that opened at 6 am but I could buy a coffee for $2.00. No sooner did I buy it than I rounded the corner and there was the free coffee at 5:52 am. Then, the shuttle showed at 6 am, I boarded and and the driver disappeared, only to show up at 6:09 am with HIS coffee. Whaaat was that about? If he wanted coffee, then show up prior to 6 so that we can LEAVE at 6 am as planned.

Great Cruiseport/Airport hotel!

We especially liked the convenience of the restaurant/bar in the lobby. The flank steak was phenomenal. Friendly staff, great bartender/waiter. The location of the pool isn't ideal though, the hotel building blocking the sun until midday.

Cruising

Pros: cleanliness and staff
This was my first time staying at the Cambria, however it won't be the last. This place was clean and the staff was great. we got back from a 7 day cruise and instead of rushing to a flight we stayed overnight. Best choice we made. Instead of waiting in the lobby the hotel staff got us un the room earlier than check in time which we appreciated a lot. We didn't have a car so we walked to a near by to grab a bite. This hotel also offered free airport shuttle which was important because we all left at different times. I would highly recommend for cruise travelers.

Nice hotel close to airport

Cons: Shuttle service
Very nice and newer hotel. They have an onsite restaurant which worked well for us since we didn't have a car. We were staying over after a cruise, we were using the hotel free shuttle. We had an early flight the next morning so we need the 6 am shuttle. They were not reliable and another hotel came and got us (Best Western). I was very disappointed over that because we had my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter with us. KJ

Nice hotel close to everything

Pros: The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Housekeeping is great. Room was spacious. Nice workout facility. On-site restaurant & bar
Location: Gas station, fast food, Bass Pro, large mall, The Field restaurant/bar nearby. Convenient to freeway and the airport.
Stayed 3 nights this trip. Have stayed here a few times before, and I keep coming back.
