Good hotel with excellent, accommodating staff. Good location, 20 minutes from the shore. The rooms could be updated a little, but it was very clean. Good breakfast.

A deep cleaning of the carpet, regular dusting of the headboards and cleaning of the drapes is definitely needed. Might I add under the bathroom sink can use a lil more love and attention.

The first room assigned had a musty smell. The manager was diligent in resolving the problem. She changed the room. They sprayed the room with a nice deodorant spray. However once vanished, the musty smell comeback. My reservation was for a King size bed and Queen sofa. I was given a twin sofa bed which my 5' 10'' tall son felt the sofa bed's wires on his body.

The hotel was pretty quiet so resting was definitely possible! I appreciate breakfast was on-site even if not the best thing I have ever eaten, there were plenty of options. The hotel itself is clean and kept up well, but could use some remodeling. The room had a bit of a smell which I think came from the old carpet. The A/C was quite loud as well. A bit of an upgrade and this would be a wonderful hotel!

the room smelled like the carpet got wet and not cleaned or the carpet was cleaned and not allowed to dry all the way before the door was shut for a long period of time and created a musty smell. bought some Lysol and it did not help.

We checked into our 2 Q bed room to find toilet paper and garment tags on the floor (carpet that was very dirty). I informed the clean staff that was in the hall. While we were waiting, I noticed that the bathroom door was stuck and would not close. The door under the tv, where the safe is kept would not close. I went down to the desk where I encountered the cleaning staff I had talked to informing the lady about my complaint. I INSISTED on another room. She hesitated at first, but did give us a King w/sofa bed, which was better. The elevator had a stain in the corner that was there the whole time we were there. No one mopped or vaccuumed (that we saw) the entire time we were there.Staff was not friendly or helpful. Didn;t know where eateries or souveniers could be had. Breakfast was stale and eggs were sweaty and watery. Sausage patties were damp and half cooked. Same food daily. Would not stay here again.

Staff were amazing. Room- from the sink area there were a lot of bugs coming out throughout the whole stay. Both door handles were damage. Behind the middle bed side table there were some red stuff( not sure if mold or blood that was never cleaned) Area around- pretty borinh area. Nothing much except some fast food places and the stadium. Overall it was okay.

Initially once i received my keys they didn’t work. The boots are chipped. Toilet didn’t flush. After three days they never cleaned my room prior to my stay and i specifically made sure they would prior to leaving out for the day. They ended up doin it the day before checkout. They also need new door fabs bc i was able to unlock someone else’s room using my key.

Could not close the bathroom door due to either expansion or contraction of the door frame. The shower door does not close properly. It rolls back. The staff was very friendly and very supportive. Morning breakfast was good. Also, the location of the Inn was perfect for me.

Not the best experience
First my room key didn’t work and everytime I would tell the ladies in the front they will tell me to try it again after trying 10 times it’ll finally open , the room had a bad smell whenever I will leave and turn the a/c off. The shampoo bottles they leave in the bathroom didn’t have no type of shampoo. The water pressure was horrible. I could hear the people in the room across being super loud & the security guard would be passed out on the chairs.
