I enjoyed staying here. Our room was spacious enough and clean. It had a nice walk-in shower, the bed was comfortable, and had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. It also had an iron and iron board.

This was our 4th or 5th time staying there but his time it was different, the outside was ok but our bathroom in room 201 was not as clean as it normally is.. it needed to be cleaned in bleach. Above the bed headboard had stains all over it.

The room was supposedly the best room in the hotel, it felt dirty and smelt of smoke. Nefarious looking stains on the sofa and the pull out sofa, which was awful. My son found a Bob Marley branded pack of rolling papers in the room down the side of the chair. Not a nice experience.

I reserve my room 3 days before the trip whit Expedia pay $430 for 2 night plus $100 deposit and by the time we arrive they’re said I’m sorry we don’t have the room you order we going to give different room in the first floor whit out the balcony, what we can do is give you breakfast, I’m very disappointed we travel from New York we arrived late and the don’t have my reservation and they give a ugly room in the firs floor so disappointed.

Overall ok property if you need to stay in the area overnight. Rooms have been partly remodeled in recent years, where some things are nice-ish and newer while others look very old/beat up. I encountered some problems during my 2-night stay. Plentiful, free parking spots around the building Nearby dining, grocery and retail options 20 minute drive to Pompano Beach - My room was very warm upon arrival (average hot day out). I turned the thermostat all the way down and put fan on max but sweated all night. Things happen, right? I told front desk in the morning, they said they’ll call facilities - I left all day and came back to a cooling but very loud AC, sounded like a generator - I called front desk 2X, the second time I was placed on hold for 15 min - I go downstairs to find an empty lobby, with two staff talking at the desk. I communicated the AC situation and they said they will switch me, to go pack up, again they would meet me there for the key exchange - 15 min later, nothing, so I called front desk. Phone rang endlessly. Hung up, called again, same. Third time, placed on hold 5 min and no one ever picked up - I go downstairs with just my room key, again no customers, just a staff member staring at a screen. I said I was waiting, he said I should have come down with my stuff. Rude, no apologies - New room had no body wash, no toilet paper and louder neighbors Long story short, poor maintenance and costumer service, 0 apologies for inc

Very disappointing stay. Room keys never worked had to get re-coded each time we returned. Room was never cleaned or towels changed. When I called down they said you had to request. Yet no mention was made of it at check in , nor was there any sign in the room to let you know this. The bathroom has a sign to tell you not to be alarmed by the discolored water and that it was “safe for consumption” but they have the nerve to charge 5$ per bottle of water in the room. Neighborhood was grimy, probably related to proximity to county jail. No I will not stay here again. Worst Marriott say I can recall.

Perfect but for the fact that it’s $15 a day to park and this ain’t no crowded urban center. And it’s a cashless (??) hotel, so they couldn’t break a $20 for me.

Staff was nice. Beds were comfy. AC was loud and sounded like a pressure washer outside the window. There was point in time in the evening that it smelt like vinegar. Other than that it was a decent place to stay.
