Nice location

The 1st day I checked I had to come back twice. The 1st room I was given wasn't cleaned from previous guest, so I was given another room which was being worked on by employee, now the last room was ok minus the marijuana smell but I was tired of keep going down to front desk so I kept it. The next day the construction was so loud I couldn't even here t.v. For the amount of money I paid I expected better but the employees were very nice and tried their best to help.

Great Beach Access

Pros: Pool and so close to the beach
Cons: Updating in progress, have 2 chairs on the balcony. I wish the female valet person would fix her attitude please.

Arrived on a Monday, tons of construction going on wish I knew that befor I booked it. Super noisey told us the noise will be from 9 to 3;30, it started at 8:30am and went until 6pm, but however did get better as the week went on. We spent most of our time at the beach & pool but shouldnt be limited because of that. Room cleaning service was terrible, slow and slow, they do not clean completely called the front desk every day and complained. Not necessary but irrittated. Hotel did compliment us with 1 day of the breakfast buffet -OK. I hope as they renovate once completed I hope the cleaning services improve.

Horrible service, was under renovation

This hotel was under renovation and had building materials (drywall, ect.) all over the lobby. Our real problems started when we first entered the room. The TV did not work. We called the desk and they sent someone up, who said it was a new TV and no one ever bothered to set up and program it. Then, the same night, our room keys stopped working. Went downstairs, the clerk told us sometimes the room keys stop working because they are programmed to to stop working at 11AM at checkout. What?? It was 1AM. Sure enough, our keys stopped working again the next morning at 11AM. We are now on our 3rd set of room keys! The hotel breakfast was $25, so we just laughed and didn't bother. The valet service, which they charged $100 for our 4 night stay, was appalling. Once, when I needed something from my car, they just handed me the keys and said they had no idea where my car was parked, so I had to go through the entire lot pressing my key until I saw my lights come on. Then, when we were checking out, we called for a porter, who came up with a luggage cart, but when we told him we were leaving and had no more cash for a tip, he just left. We had to load our own luggage and take it downstairs. After we had loaded our car up, this Bozo ran up to me and screamed in my face, "Where's the cart? We only have two for this entire hotel!" When I told him someone else had taken it, He looked at me like I had just murdered someone. This was my worst hotel experience.

My experience was good there was construction at the time of my stay but the staff wad very accommodating my entire stay.

Toilet overflowed and when maintenance finally arrived 20 min later he only had a plunger. We put our towels down to get water up and housekeeping never brought new. Called to front desk about it and asked about moving to another room cause toilet was broken. Lady at front desk says she is going to ask her manager and call me back. Calls back 10 min later and tells us they don't have any other rooms. My wife goes down and talks to them and voila they have another room. Room and facilities were nice just had a bad customer service experience

It was just ok for the price

Not a bad room but the bathroom does not look like the pics you either get a shower or a tub not both also the room was missing a few things...it was just ok for the price

Noisy, stuffy hallways, dirty carpets, room keys didn't work 4 times!! The valet parking situation was just awful!

In need of organization during check in:

First room, my 8 year old niece found what appeared to be an empty bag of Paraphernalia. The second room apparently the guest prior damaged the toiletpaper dispenser in addition removed the peekhole. As a result this cause a huge inconvenience and wasted a day with the back and forth. Richard the Maanger definitely did everything within his means to compensate and accommodate the inconvenience. Although a day of what could have been tranquil and relax was very straneous.

Good Locatio

The pool was really nice. The view of the yachts was fantastic. Scott at the tiki bar was great. The room was spacious and clean. Having the sink outside the bathroom was odd. The hallways were warm & humid. No vending machines a can coke was $2.69! The lobby was hectic with renovations. The front desk staff was efficient however not warm. The $25 parking charge plus tax plus tips was over priced and inconvenient. Easy to get to Boardwalk, shopping, dining. The beach was so awesome!! But having to cross the street to get there was annoying. And the hotel has no designated beach area for their guests. We met some fun folks and enjoyed the live music and happy hour. Overall it was fun and memorable. We would stay here again.
