Disgusting

There was feces on the toilet dead flies on the clean towels dirty pillow cases!!

Close to railroad tracks, horrible staff

Pros: The free transport back the airport to get out of there
Cons: Bulldoze and start over
Location: Not really close to anything
Upon checking in I had to wait for the front desk girl to finish eating her sandwich then speak to her between chews and swallows, I has charged a $35 early check in fee. The next morning I was rudely awakened by a pounding on my door before 10:00am wanting to clean the room (no do not disturb sign was not in the room) I answered the door standing behind it because I wasn't dressed, she said if you don't want your room cleaned sign this clipboard that she tried to push at me through the door. I said hold on let me put something on and I closed the door to which she continued to pound on the door until I opened it again, she was beyond rude. There was long black hair through out the tub and what looked like a used condom behind the toilet (I didn't touch it). My feet were black from walking on the carpet and for being a non smoking room there were cigarette burns all over the room. This very close to the railroad tracks and the train runs all night. Very disappointing I will never stay here again

Cons: the rooms
The hotel was nothing that I expected. The room service was terrible they clean your room when they wanted to, the location of the hotel aright they have stores near by as well.

It's an ok place to just sleep

i didn't have a problem with staying there. The staff was kind a quick and the bed was comfy enough. My only complaint would have to be the roaches in the room. We've all seen roaches so at this point they don't bother me as much but it's not a good thing to have in a hotel bathroom

Apart from the train l passing by which in itself wasn't an issue, my experience was awesome. Clean rooms great staff.

Pricey for the condition of the hotel

Seen roaches on walls, the rooms were refurbished with new bedding and ceiling water spots in bathroom.

Canceled the reservation

Hotel was advertised as having a 24hr shuttle to the airport. Turns out that first shuttle didn't leave until 6:30am. Much too late for out early morning flight. Staff was also rude
